Mapping exists in an age where powerful geospatial analysis never before possible is at our fingertips.

The limiting factor is not the technology, or the accessto technology, but rather the capability of the underlying data.

So how do we make the geospatial data achieve its full potential . . .?




We create a good solid framework of base data and then continuously build on that through a community of stewardship.

Our job is to make the community of NHD stewardship fully functional.

This meeting is the opportunity to bring members of that community together and build that functionality.
