Please do not park in the Moose ofthe Month’s parking space as theseindividuals have earned this award andeverything that comes with it.
Happy St. Patrick’s day! March is the month wheneveryone is Irish. March is also the month everyone canbe an officer.
If you would like to run for an office you need to getyour letter of intent to the LOOM Board of Officers or theW.O.T.M. Officers.

Tom Esser,Membership Chairman
There is a need for a language barrier in ourLodge. When profanity occurs, this barrier should beimplemented to appear in the form of a “pop-up.” Thepop-up should be a device that decent, self-respectingpeople readily recognize as the guarantee to one’sbelief that they joined a moral organization called theLoyal Order of Moose, worthy of the highest regard andrespect. Our Lodge should be a place where men, women and children can spend time without the abuseof unnecessary language that de-values theestablishment’s original intent.

HIGH FLIGHT
Oh, I have slipped the surly bonds of earth. And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings,
Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirthOf sun-split clouds - and done a hundred things
You have not dreamed of - wheeled and soared and swungHigh in the sunlit silence. Hovering there,
I've chased the shouting wind along and flungMy eager craft through footless halls of air.
Up, up the long delirious, burning blueI've topped the windswept heights with easy grace,
Where never lark, or even eagle, flew; And, while with silent, lifting mind I’ve trod
The high untrespassed sanctity of space,Put out my hand, and touched the face of God.

Valentine’s Sweetheart Breakfast
Thanks to all who supported the Valentine SweetheartBreakfast. It was a great success and spending the day with somany friends was rewarding. This type of participation is whatwill keep our Lodge growing and strong.
I also want to thank my crew Lynn Ochoa, ShayWilliams, Jeannie Young, Janie Budy, Debbie Richardson, andNancy Kerns. This group of hard-working people helped todecorate, cook, serve, write orders and clean up. Without thehelp from our members who volunteer their time to help others, none of the success would be realized.
Thank you again for making this function a success!

It is all about the “B” word! And that’s
BingO
By the time you read this we will have had agreat February! With some of the largest crowds ever,BINGO has been “Kick’n hinnies.”
We did a very large fund raiser for RELAY FORLIFE. There was a massive turnout for this event.
Previous to that event, I spoke to a large crowd ofMOOSE Members at the STATE of the LODGEmeeting on the 25th of February. There were severalmembers who expressed their "kudos" to all theworkers of BINGO.
MY MANY, MANY “THANX” TO ALL WHOHELP MAKE THIS HAPPEN FOR OUR LODGE.Working for BINGO is a labor of LOVE, Not only for me, but for all of the volunteers at BINGO. Every singleweek, bar none for Twenty-two months in a row.
My apologies to the rest of the moose membersfor packing the parking lot every Wednesday andleaving little to no parking for anything else.
On the bright side Bingo has donated over$7,600.00, in a separate account, called LANDDEVELOPMENT to increase our parking.
Once again, My Many Thanx…come into BINGO,and please help us help you.
Keith SaltvickBingo Chairman.
