Summer is here. Memorial Day weekend was a busy one, the Women of the Moose hosted an awesome BBQ complete with entertainment to start the summer off in style. Thanks to all who helped in making that such a memorable event. The week prior to that, the Lodge hosted a fundraiser for the 4H archery group from California that’s qualified to go to the national championships. Through the hard work of those who volunteered for this event, $1410 were raised to help send these kids off to represent the state. Greetings everyone; The year seems to be flying by; May went well and here we are in June. I want to start with a few issues we need to readdress. We have 17 parking spaces and 3000 + members. If you double-park in our lot, please be available to move your vehicle promptly. Let your greeter and/or bartenders know that your vehicle is double-parked. Next, sign in your guests. Remember guests are allowed 2 lodge visits. They must become members on their third visit. Also, when in our lodge, please act ladylike and gentlemanly; we have had a few more incidents as of late. This is a private organization not a night club! Like I’ve said before, being a member of LOOM & WTOM is a privilege and, if necessary, these privileges can be suspended. Coming to the World Famous Pismo Beach Moose Lodge, one should expect to enjoy a great time. Please try to be courteous and respectful to your fellow Moose brothers & sisters. There’s a lot going on in June and the summer months ahead, please refer to the lodge calendar and announcements posted in the social quarters. See you at lodge.

Fraternally yours,

Robert A. Chavez Govenor Pismo Beach Moose Lodge #1409

Hello everyone and HAPPY SUMMERTIME. Congratulations to all of our graduates, your hard work has finally paid off. Upcoming events for June include a fun afternoon Jam session open mic, with Mitz 's famous tacos and fish tacos. This is a dress-up for summer party. Gift cards to best dressed for summertime. A special meeting of the W.O.T.M. is scheduled for Monday June 24, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. to discuss a possible merging related to California/Nevada Chapters of LOOM and WOTM. All of our

meeting are a great way to get your vote in on Chapter polices I encourage you to join us! W.O.T. M. would like to thank all you for supporting our breakfast and dinners. I would like to take this time to thank everyone on the board that has helped me transfer into this new position on the board. I truly love my Moose Family! Thank you,
