Sales Enablement at LionbridgeLionbridge is a global company with over
5000 employees worldwide.
Sales represents about 150 employees and another 25 solution
architects.
Lionbridge sellers are located in Europe, Asia,
and North America.
Teams may focus on: • a set of offerings • a particular customer
vertical • a geographical region
Lionbridge operations teams often support
new opportunities with current customers.
Bloomfire: A fresh start for Lionbridge
From 2012-2016, we were customers of one of the major players in the sales enablement space.
User adoption was very low (20-40% range) and user perception was very negative.
In 2015, we set out to spend at least $25k to redesign our instance of the tool.
The PastRather than redesign we decided to look for a product with a design that better fit our needs.
Bloomfire met our needs and enabled us to add licenses so we can open the tool to our operations teams.
We launched the tool in February, and already user adoption is at 75%.
The Future
Lionshare: A Network of CommunitiesLionshare is a network of communities, each focused on a different
type of internal or external sales content.
This is like getting your sight returned after temporary blindness! Lionshare is a global repository “on demand” for everyone. I most like the posts, Q&A, series, and the searching/filtering mechanism.
What I love is:- Easy to locate content- Notifications to advise of new content- Ability to download content to use later- Ability to see/answer questions from
colleagues
I don’t spend one day without
using Lionshare. For what?
EVERYTHING! Can’t live without
it anymore.I think the platform is great, and is a vast improvement over the product we used before.
