Purple Star PromiseWe provide the best service to people with learning disabilities by:-
Offering excellent customer care Recognising individuals who may need “reasonable adjustments” Providing an individual care plan Using the Purple Folder Appointing a Learning Disability Champion Giving expert help and advice T.E.A.C.H training all our staff Working in partnership with others to support individuals Producing accessible information, signage and displays Ensuring an accessible environment Being alert to safeguarding concerns and reporting them

Staff who are T.E.A.C.H. competency based trained
• Evaluated to ensure that they are delivering a defined quality service
• Offering an equitable reasonably adjusted service
• Receive regularly monitoring to ensure standards
• Have an identified champion with links to the CLDT
