Rowan College at Burlington County Academic Excellence Scholarship This scholarship is designed to provide an opportunity for post-secondary education for students who want to attend RCBC and who excelled in their high school career. Colleges and universities all over the nation offer summer programs. Some programs are academic; other programs focus on developing leadership. Whatever the focus, these summer programs are a great way to broaden your knowledge and prepare for college. Check out some of these opportunities. Young Naturalist Program, hosted by the Burlington County Park System, is a free summer program for ages 13-17. This program will allow teens with an interest in the environment to develop a greater appreciation of the outside world and experience all that nature has to offer in the Burlington County Parks System! No homework, no grades, no tests, no pressure, just fun outside. Those looking to potentially pursue a career in the natural sciences can gain valuable field experience and begin building a résumé.
