Rib-Grip JointingSystem

Span 300

A flexible low maintenance solution toconstructing everything from simplefreestanding towers to more complexstaging systems. Available in Narrow0.74m and Wide 1.37m. Also availablewith AdvanceGuard system.

Span 400

Has 400mm rung spacing and integralladder frames. With fewer componentsto stock or lose this versatile ladderframe tower is quicker and easier toassemble. Available in narrow 0.74m andwide 1.37m. Also available withAdvanceGuard system.

Span 500

An adaptable, fast-track tower systemfeaturing 500mm rung spacing andintegral ladder frames, aimed primarily atthe rental market. This tower can beconstructed with platform heights in0.5m increments and does not needseparate guardrails, giving greaterflexibility and fewer components in yourinventory. Available in narrow 0.82m andwide 1.43m. Also available withAdvanceGuard system.

Span Tower Systems -3T Method

All Span Tower are Load Class 3, available in lengths of 2m, 2.5m,3m and features the unique high strength Rib-Grip jointing system,guaranteed for 10 years.

Lightweight, aluminium high tensiletower systems, designed for fast, easyassembly. All Span Towers are rated toLoad Class 3 and are available inlengths of 2m, 2.5m and 3m.

Instant AdvanceGuard is a new integral advance guardrail system thatprovides total fall prevention for the operator throughout assembly anddismantling of the tower. In one versatile unit the lightweightAdvanceGuard improves the operators overall safety when working atheight. From the ground level up, the operator is ensured a safe andsecure environment to carry out their work at height.

SAFER - added operator safety. AdvanceGuard is an integral part ofthe structure of the tower - and as such it is not possible to build thetower without them - you simply can’t forget them.

FASTER - The AdvanceGuard simplifies tower assembly by reducingthe number of components required thereby requiring fewer assemblysteps to build a Work at Height compliant tower. Available on Span300/400 and 500 Tower Systems, the AdvanceGuard can reducecomponents by up to 30%.

BETTER UTILISATION OF STOCK - Fewer components - in a Span500 6m tower the onepiece guardrail replaces 15 separate braces andfor a 4m tower the AdvanceGuard replaces 9 separate braces - lesshandling and increased speed of assembly. Less load, loss, theft ordamage.

Span 300/400Compact

Lightweight, heavy dutytower system designedfor accessing restrictedareas such as lift shafts.Measuring just 1.2m2 itcan be used as afreestanding tower andby adding outriggerscan be built withplatform heights up to12m indoors and 8moutdoors. When used inrestricted areas such asliftshafts, the tower canbe secured with ties toprovide working heightsin excess of 20m.

VX Base

The lightweight, highstrength VX Base is aone-piece base sectionfor use with Span 300and Span 400 towersystems. It can be easilytransported in a smallvan and snaps into placein seconds providing arobust sound base foreasy Span towerassembly.

Narrow or wide versionsare available, in lengthsof 2m, 2.5m and 3m.

Span 300/400Stairway

Instant Stairway is aversatile unit which caneasily convert both astandard Span 300 anda Span 400 mobiletower into a stairwaytower. It provides safelandings every 2m.Stairway steps are145mm deep, with aclear width of 450mmmaking it easy to carrytools. The step rise is230mm and the angle ofinclination is 51 degrees.No special guardrails arerequired.

Span 540

The Span 540 is a lightweight, heavy-dutyaluminum scaffold tower. The towerfeatures the new Advance Guard Railsystem and built-in ladder frame access.

It can work as an individual mobile toweror in conjunction with the Snap-Out Towerfor use in industrial applications. Whenused with Snap-Out, the two towersinterface with one another, allowing themto be linked with Spandeck walkwaysbuilding custom configurations usingstandard components.

Snappy

The Snappy range which includesSnappy, 300, Snappy 400 and SnappyLadder are lightweight, heavy duty workplatforms which fold out and assemblein seconds. Highly versatile, these lowlevel access tower systems can becombined with Span Tower componentsto gain working heights up to 4m.

Used by many different trade types suchas decorators, electricians, sign-writersand heating and ventilating contractors.

RightDeck

The Instant RightDeck is a new low levelaccess product for working at 3mand below. Constructed from heavy dutyaluminium with steel fixings, theRightDeck is one complete unit whichfolds out to provide a fully-guardedsafe working low level platform.

Instant Towermatic systems are lightweightwork podiums. They are flat-packed andsimply unfold and lock into positionproviding a safe stable work platform. Eachtowermatic has a range of adjustableheights and incorporates integraloutriggers which provide additional stability.

Snap-Out

Snap-Out offers anunbeatable solution to accesswithin enclosed or restrictedareas, such as the inside of apower station boiler where itcan be difficult and timeconsuming to enter withregular scaffold frames.

Snap-Out sections arecompact & light to handleweighing approx. 40kgs. A complete ‘level’ of scaffoldfolds neatly into an easilymanaged bundle that will passthrough an aperture of360mm. Once it is in the worklocation, the bundle unfolds toform a complete scaffold.

There are no loose parts andno tools required for assembly.Only the platform, ladder andtoe boards need to be added.Further levels are handled inexactly the same manner,building a tower to the heightrequired which can be up to100 metres. This uniquefolding system with no loosecomponents prevents loss andincorrect assembly.

Boiler Access QuickErect System

The Quick Erect Boiler System is in use inpower generation plants worldwide andprovides the ultimate fast-assemblysolution for boiler maintenance.Constructed from lightweight aluminium,the system can be up to 80% lighter thansteel systems giving significant savings indowntime and subsequently a higherreturn on investment

The system is erected using two basicaluminium components - The InstantSnap-Out Tower and Instant Spandeckbridging units. Using a combination ofthese two components, a full boiler systemcan be erected in as little as 30 hours.
