Table #2 The Robins Cellars – Kermit Lynch Wines - Presented by Thomas Morgan # Bottles Mix and Match from ALL TABLES SOLID Ordered fewer than 12 btls mixed 12+ btls. mixed CASE

______#1) Éric Chevalier Chardonnay Vin de Pays 2014 $15.49 $13.94 $12.99

Loire Valley, FR 11.5% abv An everyday, unoaked Chardonnay for Chablis lovers! Eric spent years as head winemaker at Domaine Laroche in Chablis and this crisp, mineral-driven Chard is very much in the style of a Petit Chablis.

______#2) Château Graville-Lacoste Graves Blanc 2015 $18.79 $16.91 $14.99

Bordeaux, FR 12% abv Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc & Muscadelle From the excellent 2015 vintage in Bordeaux (and across most of Europe!), this Graves is distinguished by its high percentage of Semillon, sourced from vineyards in the greatest white wine terroir in Bordeaux. Crisp and invigorating - try with an assortment of fresh seafood.

______#3) Domaine Dupeuble Beaujolais 2015 $15.49 $13.94 $12.99

Beaujolais, Burgundy, FR 13.5% abv 100% Gamay 90 points Neil Martin in The Wine Advocate “The 2015 Beaujolais undergoes a 2-week carbonic maceration, the grapes picked at their optimal moment. It has a pleasant dark cherry and blackcurrant-scented bouquet with an almost peaty, woodland-like aroma that lends complexity. The palate is well balanced with crisp acidity, nicely structured and packed full of juicy black fruit, the acidity nicely judged with a touch of salinity towards the finish. This just flows across the mouth, its harmony very appealing and it comes recommended. Echoing my sentiments last year, this is a grower worth seeking out because they have a knack of producing clean, well made and characterful Beaujolais that ticks all the right boxes. Year by year they seem to be attracting more customers and I understand why. There is a brightness and a sense of joie de vivre to these wines.”

______#4) Dom. Pierre Guillemot Bourgogne Pinot Noir ’14 $23.99 $21.59 $19.99

Burgundy, FR 12.5% abv From an eighth-generation winemaker in the village of Savigny-les- Beaune, this Bourgogne hails from one of the top Domaines in this important, but still undervalued commune. Their wines are a terrific value in a market where prices in the Côte d'Or have been doubling (and more!) over the last few short, difficult vintages. This is a perennial best buy in red Burgundy. Crisp red fruit and spice on the slightly tannic palate with a clean finish of stony red fruit and firm acidity. This will improve with a few years in the cellar but is a real pleasure to drink right now.

______#5) Domaine de Fontsainte Corbieres Rouge 2012 $16.59 $14.93 $12.99

Languedoc, FR 13.5% abv Carginan, Grenache, & Syrah The Laboucarie family has been making wine here since the 17th century, and the estate is today in the hands of young Bruno Laboucarie. His excellent Corbieres Rouge is stylistically similar to a Côtes-du-Rhone with a strong presence of earthiness leading to a smooth finish. Drink over the next several years.

______#6) Dom. du Vieux Télégraphe Châteauneuf-du-Pape $79.99 $71.99 $67.99

2012 “La Crau” Rhône Valley, FR 14.5% abv Grenache based blend Regularly $90+!! 94 points Josh Raynolds in Vinous “Opaque ruby. An intensely perfumed bouquet evokes spicy dark berries and potpourri, with zesty mineral and incense qualities adding complexity. Pliant boysenberry and candied lavender flavors are impressively fresh and focused, with a hint of licorice adding depth. Closes sweet, supple and broad, with resonating spiciness and gentle tannins that add shape and grip. Drink 2018-2026”

94 points James Molesworth in Wine Spectator “Rock-solid, with a hefty core of fig, blackberry and black cherry fruit, wrapped in chestnut and tobacco leaf notes and carrying through a lavender- and tar-framed finish. Dense and grippy, showing a slightly old-school shading. Should cellar well. Best from 2016 through 2030.”

______#7) Domaine Tempier Bandol Rouge 2013 $43.99 $39.59 $35.99

Languedoc, FR 12.5% abv Mourvedre, Cinsault, Grenache & Carginan – Organic 92 points James Molesworth in Wine Spectator “This offers a dense core of plum, cassis and cherry fruit, with rosemary and bay accents, all of which unfurl wonderfully through the rich yet fresh finish. Well-embedded acidity will help this cellar nicely. Best from 2018 through 2030.” 91 points Jeb Dunnuck in The Wine Advocate “The straight 2013 Bandol Cuvee Classique from Tempier is a winner. Made from 74% Mourvèdre, 14% Grenache, 9% Cinsault, 3% Carignan and a splash of Syrah, this beauty is loaded with wild, gamey notes of blackberries, raspberries, wild herbs, olive and underbrush. Medium-bodied, silky and polished, with terrific purity of fruit, it’s ideal for drinking over the coming 7-8 years, and I’m sure will keep for longer. Easily the most widely recognized estate in Bandol, Domaine Tempier has been run by the Peyraud family since 1936.”

The Robins Cellars – Flora Springs Winery - Presented by Paul Gardner, Flora Springs

______#8) Flora Springs Chardonnay Napa 2014 $19.99 $17.99 $15.99

Napa Valley 13.5% abv A well made and well priced Chard from Napa! Barrel fermented and aged. This is textbook Napa Chardonnay with a nice creaminess in the mouth and good structure and balancing acidity. This is the first release of this new “Family Select’ Chardonnay from Flora Springs – well done!

______#9) Flora Springs Sauvignon Blanc Napa 2014 $23.99 $21.59 $19.99

Napa Valley 14.2% abv 90 points Virginie Boone in Wine Enthusiast “Tart lemon verbena is highlighted in taste and aroma in this structured, elegant and zesty wine. Textured and medium bodied, it finishes with some graceful weight.”

______#10) Flora Springs Merlot Napa 2014 $32.99 $29.69 $27.99

Napa Valley 14.2% abv Weathering the movie, Sideways fallout and subsequent climb back into prominence, the Kome family of Flora Springs thankfully never gave up on Merlot as a single-varietal wine. The 2014 Merlot shows the original oomph, bright fruit and balance that we remember so fondly about good merlot. Loaded with berry aromas and flavors and followed by silky tannins, this bottle is a sexy number. The family’s continued fondness for Merlot and its delicious possibilities comes through loud and clear!

______#11) Flora Springs Cabernet Sauvignon Napa ‘14 $39.99 $35.99 $33.99

Napa Valley 14.2% abv This is a bold, rich Cabernet with a beautiful core of dark fruits framed by spicy notes. Lush and full-bodied, the wine shows off pleasant oak notes and a vanillin-tinged finish that is smooth and silky. The Kome family consistently makes very good wines at very fair prices especially for Napa Valley wines!

______#12) Flora Springs Red Blend Napa 2013 $39.99 $32.99 $32.99

Napa Valley 14.2% abv

We are featuring this wine in our Oct.-Nov. Premium mixed case and it has been a big hit! This is the first vintage of this new Red Blend and it is simply delicious and it is ready for current drinking. From one of the best vintages of recent history in the Valley, this is a BEST BUY in a Napa Red.

______#13) Flora Springs “Trilogy” Red Napa 2013 $76.99 $69.29 $64.99

Napa Valley 14.2% abv 94 points Virginie Boone in Wine Enthusiast “This is a wow wine, supported by small amounts of Petit Verdot and Malbec. Blood orange, cranberry, cassis and raspberry provide a crisp counterpoint to the firm tannin structure, ending with grace and plenty of body, smoothly textured and refined.”

Table #3

Early Mountain Vineyards Madison, Virginia

Presented by Tom Griffin, Cellar Master # Bottles Mix and Match from ALL TABLES SOLID Ordered fewer than 12 btls mixed 12+ btls. mixed CASE

______#1) Early Mountain “Foothills” Red 2015 $17.69 $15.92 $14.99

Virginia 13% abv Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon & Petit Verdot The wines of Early Mountain are remarkably good and extremely fairly priced. The winery is owned by Steve Case of AOL fame and he and his excellent team are doing everything first class. The Foothills Red is a soft and generous red for sipping or with most any food calling for a good red. This will have most appeal of these Early Mtn wines to those who like a typical California style of ripe fruit and smooth drinking.

______#2) Early Mountain “Eluvium” Red 2013 $27.69 $24.92 $22.99

Virginia 13% abv Merlot, Petit Verdot & Cabernet Sauvignon The Eluvium is styled after a right bank Bordeaux (think St. Emilion or Pomerol) and it does so very well. Good on its own but it is really built for the table with red meat of your choice.

______#3) Early Mountain “Novum” Red 2013 $29.79 $26.81 $24.99

Virginia 13% abv Cabernet Franc, Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon The Novum will appeal to any Cab or Washington State Merlot fan with its earthy notes and present but integrated tannins. If you have not tried VA reds for some time, then do yourself a favor and discover what is happening right here in our backyard!

______#4) Early Mountain Petit Manseng 2015 $26.99 $24.29 $21.99

Virginia 14.9% abv 100% Petit Manseng This was easily the most unique and to me, one of the most delicious and most interesting wines of the night! Winemaker Note : “This wine is our first step into the world of dry Petit Manseng, a variety that grows well in Virginia. It is earning a reputation of being a sort of wine wild child with the ability to reach high levels of ripeness while retaining ample acidity; and there is a fervor to these wines. We have found that techniques like co-fermentation and skin contact bring depth and harmony to Petit Manseng, calming the wine without sacrificing intensity. Varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling work particularly well in co-ferments in small percentages. This bottling was fermented in a combination of concrete, 500L Acacia and neutral French oak barrels, subsequently aging on the primary lees for ten months.” Wine description : “This is a wine of texture and intensity. It performs well into the winter months with the richness and density matching the season and bringing more warmth to the palate and body than the average white wine. The aromas and flavors compliment this personality with buoyant tropical notes anchored by a stony, saline core.”

Table #4

Siema Wines Presented by Garry Moore and Brian Fairtile

# Bottles Mix and Match from ALL TABLES SOLID Ordered fewer than 12 btls mixed 12+ btls. mixed CASE

______#1) Ridgeview Estate “Bloomsbury” Brut 2014 $36.99 $33.29 $29.99

England 12% abv Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunière According to the wine press, English sparkling wine is gaining traction and at some point, may rival Champagne as amongst the best sparkling wines in the world. This Ridgeview is magnificent and if it were from Champagne, I suspect the quality here would demand a price of double or more!

______#2) Barbi Orvieto Classico “Abboccato” 2015 $10.99 $9.89 $9.39

Umbria 12.5% abv Grechetto, Procanico, Verdello and Malvasia & Vermentino 88 points and “Best Buy” Kerin O’Keefe in Wine Enthusiast “This off-dry version of Orvieto offers fragrances of ripe pear and stone fruit. On the easygoing palate, hints of bitter almond accent yellow peach and green apple. It's simple but well made.”

______#3) Casale del Giglio “Satrico” 2015 $12.99 $11.69 $10.99

Lazio 13% abv unoaked Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc & Trebbiano 6 pack case! This elegant blend reveals a fruity, lightly aromatic yet mineral nose, followed on the palate by a pleasing crispness and a lengthy finish. Very tasty and a great buy for every day.

______#4) Vignamato Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi ‘15 $17.69 $15.92 $14.59

Le Marches 13% abv 100% Verdicchio Classico Superiore 6 pack case! 90 points and “Best Buy” Kerin O’Keefe in Wine Enthusiast “Aromas of white spring flower, honeydew melon and citrus lead the way. The savory palate doles out white peach, juicy tangerine, aromatic herb and white almond alongside tangy acidity. A saline note closes the finish.”

______#5) Kellerei Kaltern Schiava 2015 $11.99 $10.89 $9.99

Alto Adige 12.5% abv 100% Sciava Schiava (also called Vernatsch or Trollinger) was actually the region’s most planted grape for many years – with 60% of total vineyard area – until Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay began to supplant it. That’s too bad, because the light, crisp, and juicy red wines this local grape makes are fun to drink and pair well with a wide range of foods. A delicious farmhouse red - kind of like a ripe Chinon (but without the herbal notes), this is delicious with a light chill and shines with everyday foods and cured meats. A refreshingly great value!

______#6) Fossi Rosso di Toscano 2011 $10.99 $9.89 $8.99

Tuscany 14% abv Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot This is one of the hot sellers of the night. Justr a great Cab. Blend from Tuscany that is perfect for sipping or everyday meals!!

______#7) Villa Mottura Negroamaro 2015 $11.99 $10.89 $9.99

Puglia 13% abv 100% Negroamaro 6 pack case!

Negroamaro is the most important red grape grown in Puglia, and it is said that 80% of Puglia's grapevines are Negroamaro. This 2015 is medium bodied, with sun-soaked fruit that is dried, dark, and bright all at the same time, and the mouthfeel is striking with a silky quality. Very friendly and approachable!

______#8) Bosco Nestore “R” Montepulciano d’Abruzzo ’12 $12.99 $11.69 $10.99

Abruzzo 13% abv 100% Montepulciano 89 points Kerin O’Keefe in Wine Enthusiast “This rich offering from central Italy opens with a pretty floral fragrance of iris and lilac, along with notes of espresso and toast. The palate is soft and round, with ripe plum, blackberry, coffee, vanilla and a dusting of cocoa.”

______#9) Château Famaey Cahors (Malbec) “Cuvée X” ‘12 $27.99 $25.19 $22.99

Cahors, France 14.5% abv 91 points Roger Voss in Wine Enthusiast “Bold, ripe black fruits are rich and generous in character here. With a tarry backdrop and some dry tannins from wood aging, the wine is dense, generous and although still young, it is quite good now, too. Drink this powerful wine from 2016-2022.”

______#10) Pettrone Sangiovese 2013 $19.89 $17.90 $16.99

Mendocino 14.5% abv A richer, riper, and more fun take on Chianti's main red grape, this shows soft cherry fruit with hints of cracked pepper and olive. Hefty enough for big roasts or stews but not at all harsh or hard.

______#11) Sandro Fay Sforzato Valtellina 2010 $58.79 $52.91 $49.99

Lombardy 15% abv 100% Nebbiolo “Ronco del Picchio” 6 pack case! 90 points Antonio Galloni in Vinous “Fay's Sforzato Ronco del Picchio is a unique, intriguing wine. It offers raisins, super-ripe red cherries, truffles, tar, smoke, menthol, coffee beans and licorice, with aromatics and an intensity of flavor that recall an Amarone, but with the weightless texture that is so typical of Nebbiolo. This Sforzato possesses outstanding length and finessed tannins to round out the finish. With air, it continued to put on weight, yet it is a wine that will only show its finest at the dinner table.”

______#12) Begali Amarone della Valpolicella Classico ‘12 $43.99 $39.59 $36.99

Veneto 16% abv Corvina & Rondinella 90 points Virginie Boone in Wine Enthusiast “The Begali family started off selling grapes to Bolla before embarking on their own brand and they remain firm believers in the traditional pergola (an overhead trellis system). This successful Amarone imparts flavors of chocolate, sweet vanilla, Indian spice, cola and Mediterranean herb. It is soft and caressing thanks to three years in tonneaux with bright acidity and lengthy persistency.”

______#6) Le Piane “Maggiorina” Rosso 2013 $19.99 $17.99 $16.99

Boca, Italy 12.5% abv Nebbiolo blend (with 11 other grapes!) Le Piane’s Maggiorina is fantastic! The estate’s 2013 vino rosso is crafted from a field blend of mostly 40- to 100-year-old Nebbiolo, Croatina, Vespolina and nine other indigenous varieties; the vines are trained in the traditional “Maggiorina” system, where four vines grow upward in the four points of the compass to form a goblet. Deft on the palate, the Maggiorina’s Nebbiolo is savory, delicious and impossible to resist. This is an especially food-versatile red that can be enjoyed year round.

______#7) Dievole Chianti Classico 2013 $19.99 $17.99 $16.99

Tuscany, Italy 13.5% abv Sangiovese 91+ points Antonio Galloni in Vinous “Dievole's 2013 Chianti Classico is super-impressive. A blast of dark cherries, smoke, leather, tobacco and dark spices hit the palate as this large-scaled, virile Chianti Classico. Dark and brooding in style, the 2013 boasts magnificent depth in a large-scaled Chianti Classico endowed with tremendous depth. Look for the Dievole Chianti Classico to be one of the sleepers of the vintage.” 91 points Monica Larner in The Wine Advocate “Welcome back! I say this to the ultimate come-back kid: Dievole in Vagliagli near Castellina-in-Chianti. The 2013 Chianti Classico does a great job of underlining the natural characteristics of Sangiovese. If a #nofilter hashtag could be applied as a sensorial characteristic in wine writing, it is a fitting descriptor to use in the case of this wine. It offers a clean view of cherry, wild berry, pressed flower and balsam herb. This is a wine of beautiful purity that offers a non-interventionist's approach.”

______#8) Château Camplazens “La Garrigue” 2013 $15.99 $14.39 $13.69

La Clape, Languedoc, FR 13.5% abv Syrah & Grenache – organic

Free Run W. M. – Caraccioli & Field Recordings - Presented by Anne Craddock

______#9) Caraccioli Chardonnay 2011 $29.99 $26.99 $24.99

Santa Lucia Highlands, CA 13% abv This is from a winery that focuses on sparkling wine in the Santa Lucia Highlands, and the still chardonnay reflects that. A very distinct wine, it showcases itself with bold Santa Lucia Highlands fruit coupled with a solid acid structure. Undergoing a light French Oak treatment, and without malolatic fermentation, this Chardonnay’s focus is the grape itself. All of Caraccioli’s Chardonnays lend themselves to bottle aging which highlights the intricacies of the grape. Chablis drinkers should flock to this one!

______#10) Fiction Red 2014 $18.99 $17.09 $15.99

Paso Robles, CA 14.7% abv Zinfandel, Tempranillo, Grenache, Malbec, Touriga Nacional, Nourvedre & Syrah A tasty Zin blend, Fiction is a fruity yet complex wine with spicy accents and great depth of flavor. It's generous and approachable, with fresh acidity for food pairing ease.

______#11) Rhino Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 $15.99 $14.39 $13.69

Paso Robles, CA 14.6% abv Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo & Petit Verdot Two talented Paso Robles winemakers joined forces to craft this Cabernet - Curt Schlachlin and Andrew Jones. Curt is winemaker at Sans Liege, known for his high-scoring yet affordable wines, and Andrew is winemaker at Field Recordings and spends most days planting vineyards and walking just about every vineyard in the Central Coast! This is every bit as good as the previous releases, maybe just a bit more structured and black-fruited. Great value here!

Jumilla, Spain 14.5% abv Cabernet Sauvignon & Monastrell 90 points Luis Gutierrez in The Wine Advocate “The 2011 Fuerza is mainly Monastrell with 25% Cabernet Sauvignon fermented traditionally and aged 12 months in barriques. The nose shows a mixture of esparto grass, Mediterranean herbs, paprika and tree bark over the core of black cherries. The palate is quite savory, with fine, although abundant tannins that would do better with some powerful meat dishes.”

______#7) Alma de los Andes Malbec Reserva 2012 $14.99 $13.49 $12.59

Mendoza, ARG 14% abv 91 points Michael Schachner in Wine Enthusiast “Smoky aromas of graphite, road tar and wild berry set up a wiry, full-force palate with a can't-miss beam of tartaric acidity. Blackberry and chocolaty flavors finish forward, with unabashed freshness and drive. Drink through 2019.”

______#9) Callejón del Crimen Petit Verdot Gr. Reserva ’14 $18.79 $16.91 $14.99

Uco Valley, Mendoza, ARG 14% abv 92 points Luis Gutierrez in The Wine Advocate The 2012 Chardonnay is produced from high-altitude Chardonnay grapes grown in a corner in Gualtallary. It has a very fresh Burgundian nose with aromas of nuts, tangerine, white peach and orange rind. To get the style for this wine they consulted with Meursault guru Jean-Mac Roulot, so you can have an idea of the style here. Only part of the wine ages in barrels and it has a little ripe nose. The palate is medium-bodied, ripe (the style of the 2012 vintage!), but with good freshness and acidity, especially for a warm vintage. Drink now-2018.”

______#8) Bodini Malbec 2015 $12.99 $11.69 $10.99

Argentina 13.5% abv 89 points Luis Gutierrez in The Wine Advocate “A wine that is supposed to be consumed fresh, the 2015 Malbec is

sourced from different zones across Mendoza, and is not pure Malbec, as in reality it contains 10% Bonarda. It's a

slightly leafy, fruit-driven red with very pleasant notes of spices and a juicy palate with unnoticeable tannins, good

acidity and freshness. It has a clear grapy character, very little about the oak. Something you might actually want

to buy by the case. Good value.”

______#9) Mayu Carménère-Syrah 2014 $11.99 $10.79 $9.99

Elqui Valley, Chile 14.5% abv 90 points Luis Gutierrez in The Wine Advocate “The 2014 Carménère Syrah saw the two varieties ferment separately in stainless steel, and age in French oak barrels for five months. The blend was 55/45, but the Syrah seems to have taken the lead in terms of aromas this time. It's a spicy, fruit-driven, soft red with a nice mixture of black pepper, smoky bacon, bright cherries and herbal, leafy aromas. The palate is soft and approachable, with unnoticeable tannins and moderate acidity. The aftertaste is definitively cracked black peppercorns. It would be great with some lamb chops.”

______#4) Woodward Canyon Cab. Sauv. “Artist Series” ’12 $49.99 $44.99 $42.99

Columbia Valley, WA 14.6% abv 94 points Paul Greggut in Wine Enthusiast “This wine has deeply concentrated yet focused and spicy purple-fruit tones. It's generously endowed with notes of tobacco, licorice, mineral and pepper. The highlights keep piling on through a finish that seems to run for several minutes. This bold wine is enjoyable now but should also cellar well through 2030.” 93 points Jeb Dunnuck in The Wine Advocate “A beautiful Bordeaux blend, the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Artist Series checks in as a blend of 100% Cabernet, from a number of vineyards (mostly Woodward Canyon, Champoux and Spring Creek), that spent 21 months in 50% new French oak. It’s a classy, full-bodied, seamless and sexy 2012 that exhibits lots of black cherry, black raspberry, toasted spices, licorice and dried herbs. The most approachable and forward of the Bordeaux blends, it will still have two decades of longevity.”

______#5) Textbook Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 $29.99 $26.99 $24.99

Oakville, Napa Valley 13.3% abv 92 points Antonio Galloni in Vinous “The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley) is another terrific wine from Textbook. Sage, lavender, menthol, licorice and plum notes flesh out in the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley). Dark and inviting, the Cabernet is also a highly representative example of the year. Ideally, the 2013 should be cellared for a year or two, but it is virtually impossible to resist today.”

______#6) Force of Nature Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 $21.99 $19.79 $17.99

Paso Robles 14.5% abv A ripe and juicy style as is typical of Paso Robles. This is the best vintage to date for this popular Cab. The fruit is plenty ripe but not overblown as has been the case in the past. Those liking big, fruity Cabs will love the F.O.N.!!

______#7) Ramey Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon Napa ‘13 $59.99 $53.99 $50.99

Napa Valley 14.5% abv 92 points Antonio Galloni in Vinous “Another delicious wine, the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon is a terrific example of the year. Creamy and beautifully layered on the palate, the 2013 captures all of the pedigree of this great vintage in a style that offers a bit more immediacy than many other wines. Best of all, the Cabernet Sauvignon is a remarkable value. Bright red stone fruit, mint, white flowers and tobacco add nuance on the silky yet powerful finish.”

______#8) Peter Franus Red Blend Napa 2013 $58.99 $53.09 $49.99

Napa Valley 14.4% abv Cab. Sauv., Cabernet Franc & Merlot 93 points Wine Spectator “This combines power with finesse and grace, with an extracted core of dark berry, loamy earth and crushed rock amid the dried herb and cedar notes. Smooth early on, yet gains tannic traction. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Drink now through 2028.”

______#9) Robert Craig “Affinity” Cab. Sauv. Napa ‘13 $79.99 $71.99 $67.99

Napa Valley 14.8% abv 93+ points Robert Parker in The Wine Advocate “The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Affinity has an inky purple color that is much more saturated than its two predecessors. This is a blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot and the rest Petit Verdot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc aged 18 months in 80% new French oak. This is a richer style of wine with much greater density, power and intensity. Opaque to the rim with more tannin, extract and muscle, this is more of a long-term proposition, so I'd suggest giving it 2-4 years of bottle age, and drinking it over the following 20 years.”
