THE CLEANSING OF THE SANCTUARYAND THE ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION

(Daniel 8:9-14 KJV ) And out of one of them came forth a littlehorn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and to-ward the east, and toward the pleasant land. {10} And it waxedgreat, even to the host of heaven; and it cast down some of thehost and of the stars to the ground, and stamped upon them. {11}Yea, he magnified himself even to the prince of the host, and byhim the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of his sanc-tuary was cast down. {12} And an host was given him againstthe daily sacrifice by reason of transgression, and it cast downthe truth to the ground; and it practiced, and prospered. {13} ThenI heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that cer-tain saint which spake, How long shall be the vision concerningthe daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to giveboth the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot? {14}And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days;then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.

Dispensationalist authors disagree as to the identity of the ‘little horn’ in thebook of Daniel. John Walvoord believes that the passage about the “littlehorn” in Daniel chapter 8 applies only to Antiochus Epiphanes.

“As far as Daniel 8:1-14 is concerned, there is no adequate rea-son for considering it in any other light than that of fulfilled proph-ecy from the standpoint of the twentieth century. It is adequatelyexplained in the history of the Medo-Persian and Greek empiresand specifically, in the activities of Antiochus Epiphanes.”1

Clarence Larkin disagrees.

“Quite a few Bible scholars claim that this “Little Horn” is not thesame as the “Little Horn” that arose amid the “Ten Horns” of the“Fourth Wild Beast,” but that it represents Antiochus Epiphanes,who in B. C. 166, desecrated the Temple Altar at Jerusalem byerecting an “idol altar” upon it and offering “swine flesh” thereon.But the description of this “Little Horn” and his conduct does notaccord with that of Antiochus Epiphanes , but does with the “LittleHorn” of the “Fourth Wild Beast.” Antiochus Epiphanes never


cast down any of the “Host of Heaven,” or magnified himselfagainst the “Prince of the Host.” Neither did he stand up againstthe “Prince of Princes” (Christ), nor was he “broken without hand,”for he died a natural death at Tabae in B.C. 165. The angelGabriel distinctly states that the Vision belongs not to the time ofAntiochus Epiphanes, but to the “Time of the End.” Daniel 8:17.2

Larkin is obviously right. Many of the statements in scripture about the littlehorn can find no correlation to the life of Antiochus and some of themdirectly contradict the life of Antiochus. If nothing was known about thelife of Antichus, Daniel 8:17 should convince us that we are looking for afulfillment of this passage in the time just before the return of Jesus.

(Daniel 8:17 KJV ) So he came near where I stood: and whenhe came, I was afraid, and fell upon my face: but he said unto me,Understand, O son of man: for at the time of the end shall be thevision.

It is obvious that this scripture was partially fulfilled in Antiochus Epiphaneswho certainly was a type of the end-time “Beast” but as we will see as westudy this passage that the complete fulfillment will be realized in the end-time man of sin and Satan who will enter into him.

We will address ourselves first to Daniel 8:14.

(Daniel 8:14 KJV) And he said unto me, Unto two thousand andthree hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.

To understand the cleansing of the sanctuary after 2,300 days we mustunderstand precisely when and how the sanctuary is polluted .

(Daniel 8:11 KJV ) Yea, he magnified himself even to the princeof the host, and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away, andthe place of his sanctuary was cast down.

We find in Daniel 11:31 that when the daily sacrifice is taken away that thisis the precise time that the sanctuary is polluted and that this is the eventthat Jesus calls “the abomination of desolation.”

(Daniel 11:31 KJV ) And arms shall stand on his part, and theyshall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away thedaily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that makethdesolate.

Jesus specifically referred to this event in Matthew 24.


(Matthew 24:15-22 KJV ) When ye therefore shall see the abomi-nation of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in theholy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) {16} Then letthem which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: {17} Let himwhich is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out ofhis house: {18} Neither let him which is in the field return back totake his clothes. {19} And woe unto them that are with child, andto them that give suck in those days! {20} But pray ye that yourflight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: {21} Forthen shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginningof the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. {22} And exceptthose days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved:but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.

Jesus said that the abomination of desolation would be the event that wouldtrigger the end-time persecution that would take place in the end-timetribulation. This tribulation period has to be the one described in the book ofRevelation because Jesus said that it would be the worst tribulation that theworld has ever seen, so bad in fact that if this time period was not “short-ened” (Matt. 24:22) “there should no flesh be saved”. It is easy to concludethat since this period of tribulation will be shortened that the tribulation pe-riod has been allotted by God a definite period of time. Jesus is obviouslyreferring to the last half of the 70th week of Daniel chapter 9:27. Readerswho are not familiar with the seventy weeks of Daniel should refer to ourbook and tapes on this subject for further understanding. Please refer toOur 70th WEEK CHART on the next page.

We concluded in our study what is commonly accepted by conser-vative scholars, that the seventy weeks are seventy groups of seven yearsor a 490 year time period. The 70th week of Daniel’s prophecy, which isseven years long reached its half way point (3 ½ years) when Jesus died onthe cross and made the sacrifices in the Jewish temple obsolete.

(Daniel 9:27 KJV ) And he shall confirm the covenant withmany for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall causethe sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreadingof abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consum-mation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

We also saw in our study of the “seventy weeks” that the last half of Daniel’s70th week is still future and that it will last for 1,260 days which is 3 ½ years

multiplied by 360 days.It is now easy to understand the meaning of the sanctuary being

cleansed after 2,300 days. The abomination of desolation is the event thatwill pollute the sanctuary and will signal the start of the second half ofDaniel’s 70th week and the end-time tribulation, so this necessitates that thecleansing of the sanctuary must also take place in the second half of Daniel’s70th week. All we have to do is do the math.

Daniel’s 70th week is a week of seven years or 7 x 360 days or2,520 days. If the sanctuary is cleansed after 2,300 days. All we have to dois subtract 2,300 days from 2,520 days and we see that the sanctuary will becleansed with 220 days remaining in the last half of Daniel’s 70th week.

2,520 Days-2,300 Days 220 Days

We need to keep in mind the words of Jesus that this time period will beshortened so no one will be able to set and exact date for the return ofJesus.

(Matthew 24:22 KJV ) And except those days should be short-ened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sakethose days shall be shortened.

To appreciate the full impact of this awesome prophecy we must take acloser look at the event that will pollute the sanctuary, the abomination ofdesolation. In Daniel 8:11 and Daniel 8:31 we have already clearly seenthat the abomination of desolation will involve the taking away of the dailysacrifice. We will now address these specific questions:

What Sanctuary is polluted? And What sacrifice is taken away?

We have already seen in our booklet entitled, THE MYTH OF THEREBUILT TEMPLE AND THE TRUE IDENTITY OF THE RESTRAINER(B17), that scripture plainly tells us that Jewish Temple will not be rebuilt onthe temple mount.

(Daniel 9:27 KJV ) And he shall confirm the covenant withmany for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall causethe sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreadingof abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consum-mation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.


The first animal sacrifice for sin after the death of Jesus was an abomina-tion because the death of Jesus on the cross in the middle of the 70th weekmade the sacrifices of the Jewish temple forever obsolete. Because theykept sacrificing animals for sin after Jesus gave himself as the “once forall” sacrifice for sin, this was an “overspreading of abominations”.

The judgement of God fell in A. D. 70 when the Roman generalTitus destroyed the temple. Titus made the temple “desolate” and the scrip-ture says that it will remain that way “even until the consummation” (Thereturn of Jesus)

So if it is not the sanctuary of the Jewish temple that is polluted ,what sanctuary is the Bible talking about? Let us go back to our ownprimary passage and find our answers.

(Daniel 8:10 KJV ) And it waxed great, even to the host ofheaven; and it cast down some of the host and of the stars to theground, and stamped upon them.

We will see as our study proceeds that the little horn does not refer to the“political beast” as is often taught but to his sidekick, the False Prophet.(Seeour booklet, THE MYTH OF THE REBUILT TEMPLE AND THE TRUEIDENTITY OF THE RESTRAINER (B17), for a thorough discussion of theidentity of the man of sin in II Thessalonians chapter 2. Daniel 8:10 refersto the war in heaven when satan will be cast back into the earth. The “hostof heaven” and “stars” refer to angels that will also be cast into the earthduring this war on Satan will stamp on them or fight against them. This waris described in Revelation 12:7-9.

(Revelation 12:7-9 KJV ) And there was war in heaven: Michaeland his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon foughtand his angels, {8} And prevailed not; neither was their placefound any more in heaven. {9} And the great dragon was castout, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveththe whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angelswere cast out with him.

The little horn in Daniel 8 refers to both Satan and the False Prophet be-cause when Satan is cast into the earth he will enter into the False Prophetto enable him to do miracles. He will enter into this second “Son of Perdi-tion” as he entered into Judas, the fist “son of perdition” many years ago.

(Daniel 8:11 KJV ) Yea, he magnified himself even to the prince


of the host, and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away, andthe place of his sanctuary was cast down.

When Satan enters into the False Prophet he will “magnify himself even tothe prince of the host” (Jesus). The Apostle Paul spoke about this event inII Thessalonians 2:4.

(2 Thessalonians 2:4 KJV ) Who opposeth and exalteth himselfabove all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he asGod sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.

We saw in our book, THE MYTH OF THE REBUILT TEMPLE AND THETRUE IDENTITY OF THE RESTRAINER (B17), that the temple (sanctu-ary) that the False Prophet will set in is the temple of the people of God.

(2 Corinthians 6:16 KJV ) And what agreement hath the templeof God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; asGod hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will betheir God, and they shall be my people.

The False Prophet will invade the temple of God’s people spiritually and willsit there in the same sense that we sit together with Jesus in heavenlyplaces.

(Ephesians 2:6 KJV ) And hath raised us up together, and madeus sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

Daniel 8:11 continues to say that “by him the daily sacrifice was takenaway.” There is not a shred of doubt in our minds that the False Prophet ofRevelation 13 will be one of the Popes of the Roman Catholic Church.Who else besides the Pope of Rome could put together a world wide reli-gion that will pass itself off as Christian?

To be a Christian means to follow Christ and his doctrines. It meansto be saved by grace and faith in what Jesus did on the cross - not a systemof religious traditions, works, and Popes. Granted only God knows thehearts of the many people who are Catholic and He will be their judge.However, there are no other candidates for False Prophet that could evenbe seriously considered except one of the Popes of Rome.

What is the daily sacrifice?If anyone of the Popes of Rome is going to be the False Prophet it

would follow logically that the sacrifice of the mass would be the dailysacrifice. In the Catechism of the Catholic Church we read:


“The sacrifice of Christ and the sacrifice of the Eucharist are onesingle sacrifice:”3

There is no doubt that the Catholics consider their mass a sacrifice and thatthey intend for it to be done daily.

“Thus, reception of communion is, in some measure, necessaryfor salvation and what is more, Christ has explicitly obligated usto receive Holy Communion”...”But what the Church really wantsis frequent, regular, even daily reception of the Eucharist, everytime we attend Mass.”4

The next phrase of Daniel 8:11 says “the place of his sanctuary was castdown”. If our identification of the little horn as a future Pope is correct, thisprophecy would have to mean that the Popes’ sanctuary, the Vatican, wouldbe cast down. How can this be? Please read on - the next phrase of Daniel8:12 holds our answer.

“And an host was given him against the daily sacrifice ”

OK, it is Quiz time! What is the wafer called that the Catholic Priest givesto the person taking the Eucharist? If you answered, “host”, take threesteps forward. The picture is becoming obviously clear on what is going tohappen. When Satan enters into the False Prophet he will give him a newhost (wafer) that will replace the old “host” that is used now in the CatholicEucharist. In this way the place of his sanctuary, the Vatican, will be castdown because the most beloved part of Catholicism, the mass, will be com-pletely changed and will be forced upon other churches that are not evenCatholic.

If your pastor is a hireling, this new improved Catholic mass couldbe coming soon to your church. We can see how this deception is alreadybeing prepared by the acceptance of the Catholic church as being equal toor the same as the rest of the churches. The Catholic Church actually callsMary the Mother of the Eucharist because she was the mother of Jesus.Christians are being desensitized with Christian tele-evangelists pumping upthe Pope and visions and worship of Mary (TBN, etc.) in their broadcastsand articles. The news media both Christian and secular use TV, radio,magazines, and newspapers (many of the newscasters being Catholic) toshow how the decisions of the Pope effect the whole world and encouragienon-Catholics to pray and venerate Mary.

“Louisville, Ky. - A renewed interest in the virgin Mary appearsto be sweeping through Protestantism. Articles featured in thismonth’s issues of several Protestant magazines suggest that themother of Jesus has been neglected as a biblical heroine for toolong. ”The Protestant church has thrown the baby out with thebath water,” said Joel Green, a Methodist minister. “Protestantshave had a knee-jerk reaction as a result of veneration of Mary inthe Catholic tradition, and for that reason have not taken seriouslyenough the resources available to us in the stories of Mary.” Green,dean of the School of Theology at Asbury Theological Seminaryin Wilmore, [KY], contributed to the book “Blessed One: Protes-tant Perspectives of Mary.” It was published by the WestminsterJohn Knox Press last year. Beliefs about Mary, the teenage peas-ant whom the Bible says was chosen by God to give birth toJesus, have traditionally divided Protestants and Roman Catho-lics. Protestants continue to reject two doctrines popes have de-clared infallible - that Mary was conceived without sin and thatGod took her body directly to heaven at the end of her life.

Some Protestant scholars say that while they still disagree withelevating Mary to the status of a sinless object of veneration,people should take a closer look at her. They describe her as amodel who accepted her divine mission without question, urgedothers to obey Jesus and followed her son to his execution afterhis male disciples shrunk away. The fact is, evangelicals oftensay less about Mary than the New Testament does,” writes Timo-thy George in Christianity Today’s cover story titled “The BlessedEvangelical Mary.” The former professor at Southern BaptistTheological Seminary in Louisville is now dean of Beeson Divin-ity School in Alabama.

Articles about Mary are also on the covers of The Lutheranand Good News, a Kentucky based publication for Methodists.At St. Meinard Archabbey in Southern Indiana, Protestant visi-tors have shown more curiosity about Mary, said the Rev. JosephCox, a Benedictine monk and the archabbey’s librarian. Someeven keep statues of Mary in their homes, typically a Catholicpractice, he said. ”Rather than passing over the several (biblical)references to the Blessed Mother, they are looking at it and ask-ing, ‘What is this saying? How can Mary lead me more and more


to her son Jesus Christ?’” Cox said.

Mary Burks Price of Louisville is a Baptist, but she visited aretreat run by the Sisters of Loretto in Marion County. At thetime, she was angry with God over the death of a friend. Thenshe encountered a moonlit statue of Mary while taking a walk.”When I looked into her face, I saw a kind of mercy,” she said. “Ifelt reconnected with God through her outstretched hands andjust her presence. It’s very affirming to me to know that Godused this woman as a means of coming to Earth in the most pro-found way.”

Charles Wright, a former Catholic who is a member of ChristChurch Episcopal Cathedral in Louisville, said he thinks Catholicsused to treat Mary too much like a goddess but now have a morebalanced view. His church recently commissioned a painting ofMary for its chapel. ”She is in heaven,” Wright said. “I feel shewatches over us as her children. I don’t feel any more discomfortin asking her to pray for me then I would one of my relatives orone of my fellow church members.” (Evansville Courier-PressDecember 26, 2003 - By Associated Press)

Many Christians glorify the “Passion Film” as being a wonderful evangelis-tic tool. This next quote was very public and is on our web site, yet weheard very little protest about the statements.

“Mel Gibson told CHRISTIANITY TODAY: “I’ve been actuallyamazed at the way I would say the evangelical audience has—hands down—responded to this film more than any other Chris-tian group.” What makes it so amazing, he says, is that “the film isso Marian.” Gibson knows that Protestants don’t regard Mary inthe way Catholics do. And Gibson goes beyond many Catholicswhen he calls her “a tremendous co-redemptrix and mediatrix.”(http://www.christianitytoday.com/movies/commentaries/passion-melmarymothers.html)

There is only one mediator and the Holy Spirit is our comforter, not theCatholic Mary.

(1 Timothy 2:5 KJV) For there is one God, and one mediatorbetween God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

(John 14:16-18 KJV) And I will pray the Father, and he shall giveyou another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; {17}


Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, becauseit seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for hedwelleth with you, and shall be in you. {18} I will not leave youcomfortless: I will come to you.

We need to heed the Spirit of Truth and be discerning of the times we are in.The following quote will help you to understand how the acceptance of theCatholic mass by other churches is being promoted when a person followsMary aparitions.

“Speak about the Mother of the Eucharist because the Mother ofthe Eucharist closes History. All the messages come from Godand everywhere that I am appearing I am speaking about thesame things because through the triumph of the Eucharist, theMother wants all the churches to be re-united, so that there willbe only one church for all the people .”5

New Ager, Benjamin Creme, also confirms the idea that the churches willbe a part of this new mass. He is the spokesman for Lord Maitreya, or the“Christ” of the New Age. On April 25, 1982 he put full page adds in Reader’sDigest and in many major newspapers announcing Lord Maitreya’s pres-ence - THE CHRIST IS NOW HERE. This does not mean we believe thatLord Maitreya is the antichrist, but he is just one among many that willcome to deceive the world. Many other New Age believers along withBenjamin Creme say they receive their information channeled from theHierachy made up of several groups and Masters. The call Lord Maitreya,the World Teacher, but he is known in other religions by other names, there-fore when they say Master Jesus, they are not speaking of the Jesus of ourHoly Bible, but one of many deceivers.

“The Master Jesus is going to reform the Christian churches.The Buddha is sending two disciples who will do the same thingfor the Buddhist churches; not to preserve them into the Aquarianage, but for a certain time, because of the enormous number ofpeople in the world for whom the rituals and form have a veryreal meaning and function. It is not only a mental concept, it hasan actual energetic function. It is a great source of protection formillions of people today. Because of this, the churches - wherethey are flexible enough to the new ideas, the new teaching - willbe held together, the structures will be held together.

In the Christian rituals are embodied occult energetic happen-


ings: when you have a priest of a high enough calibre performingthe communion service, there is a downflow of energy from theChrist, perhaps through the Master Jesus, sometimes direct fromthe Christ Himself, into the priest, into the communion wafer andinto the communicants. This takes place time and time again.Today, the churches are the recipients of tremendous spiritualenergy.”6

“The three really great rituals of the human race are the Prajapatiritual of ancient Hinduism, the Mass of the Christian Church, andthe Third Degree of Masonry. Widely as they differ in detail, andfar apart as they may seem to be in externals, yet together theytestify to the profoundest insight of the human soul - that Godbecomes man that man may become God! Each in its own man-ner embodies and expresses the discovery of that Divinity withinus which is at once the proof and prophecy of our immortality inmortality, our eternity in time.”7

Luciferian Masons realize that these three rituals encompass the religiousbeliefs of virtually the entire population of the world. The new LuciferianMass will synthesize these three rituals into one miraculous abomination.This is obviously the Catholic Mass as other churches call it Communionservice or the Lord’s supper. Let us examine the ministry of the False Prophet in Revelation 13to try to determine what the nature of this “new mass” and “new host” willbe.

(Revelation 13:11-12 KJV ) And I beheld another beast comingup out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and hespake as a dragon. {12} And he exerciseth all the power of thefirst beast before him, and causeth the earth and them whichdwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound washealed.

This scripture tells us that the False Prophet “causeth the earth and themwhich dwell therein to worship.” This means that the False Prophet willcompel or entice as many people as he can to worship the beast (Politicalleader/ antichrist), and those that he cannot persuade he will force to wor-


ship or be killed. Failure to partake in this worship will mean the inability tobuy or sell in the Beast’s empire.

In the Catholic church there is really only one act of worship thatthe entire church is focused on THE MASS. It is clear that the FalseProphet will try to persuade people to take part in his NEW MASS with hisNEW HOST , but how will he do that? As you continue to read, we willfind the answer in the next two verses.

(Revelation 13:13-15 KJV ) And he doeth great wonders, so thathe maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sightof men, {14} And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by themeans of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight ofthe beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they shouldmake an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword,and did live. {15} And he had power to give life unto the image ofthe beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and causethat as many as would not worship the image of the beast shouldbe killed.

The answer is clear, MIRACLES ! There are several aspects of thesemiracles that we will discuss in detail in later writings such as visions andmessages from the Eucharistic Jesus and the BVM (Blessed Virgin Maryof Catholicism). There are two aspects of these miracles and one inparticular that are extremely pertinent to our study. One aspect is whathappens when people actually partake in the False Prophet’s New Mass.Many people today say that Jesus or Mary appears to them and speaks tothem. The second aspect is the actually changing of the elements into realflesh and blood through the secret words of the Luciferian Mass . We willgo in depth on this last aspect in the next booklet (pT19) on Transmutation.

We believe that it is quite likely that when the False Prophet and hisBeast priesthood perform this “super mass” that there will be some kind ofa miraculous transformation of their physical appearance. According toCatholic doctrine at the time when the priest offers the sacrifice of Jesus onthe altar, the priest at that moment ceases to be a human being. We previ-ously quoted New Ager, Benjamin Creme who also said something similarabout the “energy” coming into the priest in endnote #6.

“Finally, as if he were Christ himself speaking, the priest adds thewords: “Do this in remembrance of me”. The priest no longerexists as an individual person. He has turned into a sacramentalsign, the representative of Christ, present upon the altar and of-


fering himself in sacrifice.”8

And once again from Benjamin Creme speaking of a successful invocationof an “Avatar of synthesis” that is bringing about a “transformation” ofhumanity.

“Because of the successful invocation of the Avatar, this wholeprocess of the coming of the Christ, the man; it is the transforma-tion of humanity, the transformation of our very nature and Being.This is what it is really all about.”9

(2 Corinthians 11:13-15 KJV) For such are false apostles, de-ceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.{14} And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into anangel of light. {15} Therefore it is no great thing if his ministersalso be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose endshall be according to their works.

ARE YOU IN SHOCK YET?

What we are saying is not news to the occult and esoteric world.However, it is shocking news to some Christians. We sincerely believe thatthe primary miracle that will accompany the Luciferian mass of the FalseProphet will be when he and his priests say their secret words over thebread and wine and use the energy of Lucifer to turn the elements into realflesh and blood before the eyes of all who partake in this damnable mass.The previous quote confirms this belief although we could find many othersto document this fact.

We will now continue to deal with the abomination of desolation(the establishing of the Luciferian mass) explaining the event that signalsthe start of the second half of Daniel’s seventieth week. We know that thisabomination of desolation will be the event that defiles the sanctuary andbegins the persecution of God’s true remnant in reality. We are now readyto look at that EVENT that will cleanse the sanctuary. Keep in mind that itis no earthly sanctuary that is going to be cleansed, but the TEMPLE that ismade up of the remnant of God. TEN KINGS WITH NO KINGDOM

(Revelation 17:12 KJV ) And the ten horns which thou sawestare ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but re-ceive power as kings one hour with the beast.

These people are no kings in the sense that they have a geographical areathat they rule over because the scripture addresses them as “kings, whichhave received no kingdom”, but they are kings because they are people thathave tremendous political, economic, and religious power . We believe thatthese ten kings are powerful Luciferians that are operating now in secretsocieties to bring about their agenda. We believe these ten kings will or-chestrate the overthrow of the daily sacrifice or the daily sacrifice of theCatholic mass, and then institute the Luciferian mass - the abomination ofdesolation.

(Revelation 17:16-17 KJV ) And the ten horns which thou sawest


upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make herdesolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.{17} For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree,and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shallbe fulfilled.

These Luciferians will give their allegiance to the beast (Political Leader)and after they have used their miraculous Luciferian Mass to help the Po-litical Beast to ascend to power, they will turn on they Whore (apostatereligious system - one world religion) and destroy her.

(Revelation 13:15-18 KJV ) And he had power to give life untothe image of the beast, that the image of the beast should bothspeak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image ofthe beast should be killed. {16} And he causeth all, both small andgreat, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their righthand, or in their foreheads: {17} And that no man might buy orsell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or thenumber of his name. {18} Here is wisdom. Let him that hathunderstanding count the number of the beast: for it is the numberof a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

The False Prophet will force all people to participate in the abominable actof worship (the Luciferian Mass) at which time the person will receive themark, name, or number that will enable them to buy and sell in the Politicalbeast’s Kingdom. When the Whore religious system is destroyed , God’sremnant and the world will no longer have this Luciferian mass and itsmark, number, or name forced on people and the sanctuary of God’s trueremnant will be cleansed and the Great Tribulation will end. Many teachthat the Great Tribulation will extend to the end of Daniel’s 70th week, but itobviously will not.

(Matthew 24:29-31 KJV ) Immediately after the tribulation ofthose days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not giveher light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers ofthe heavens shall be shaken: {30} And then shall appear the signof the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of theearth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in theclouds of heaven with power and great glory. {31} And he shallsend his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall


gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end ofheaven to the other.

Jesus clearly taught that the Great Tribulation and His return will mark theend of the 70th week of Daniel; and that there will be a period of time whenthere will be cosmic upheaval and catastrophic earth changes. We call thisevent the “great shaking” and will have much more to say about this later ina future study.

We have learned from this study that there are 2,520 days in the70th week of Daniel and if the sanctuary is cleansed after 2,300 days (whichwill end the Great Tribulation) then this period of the “great shaking” beforethe Lord’s return will last 220 days cut short, or about seven months and tendays.

This initiation in to Lucifer is something that New Agers, Freema-sons, and Occultists are already planning and looking forward to. NewAger, David Spangler is one of many who have written about their belovedinitiation into Lucifer.

“Lucifer comes to give us the final gift of wholeness. If we ac-cept it then he is free and we are free. That is the Lucifericinitiation. It is one that many people now, and in the days ahead,will be facing, for it is an initiation into the New Age.”10

Alice Baily taught that the Maonic lodge as well as the church would beused as initiation centers.

“As yet they are not used, and one of the things that will eventu-ate - when the new universal religion has sway and the nature ofesotericism is understood - will be the utilisation of the bandedesoteric organisms, the Masonic organism and the church organ-ism as initiating centers.”10

New Ager Benjamin Creme also agrees that these Luciferian initiations willtake place in Masonic lodges.

“Through the Orders of Masonry, the Initiatory Path will be trod-den and Initiation will be taken along the First Ray line of Power.Within the purified Churches, the Initiatory Path will be troddenand Initation will be taken along the second line of Love-Wisdom.Within the esoteric teaching bodies of the world will be taken theInitiatory experience along the third line.”11


We believe that it is likely that these Luciferian initiations will begin in MaonicLodges before the False Prophet forces them on the public.

We will address one more thought before we conclude our sectionon the Cleansing of the Sanctuary. As we have stated, there are 2,520 daysin Daniel’s 70th week. When we calculate the time of the cleansing of thesanctuary, we must subtract the 2,300 days from the 2,520 days which isthe start of Daniel’s 70th week and not from the time of the defilement ofthe sanctuary when the abomination occurs. The reason for this is simple.Jesus earthly ministry that took place during the first half on Daniel’s 70th

week was also for the purpose of cleansing the sanctuary. During the firsthalf of Daniel’s 70th week Jesus earthly ministry was concerned with thecleansing of the sanctuary of the Jewish temple. Jesus cleansed the templeand ran out the money-changers twice during his ministry. Because theJewish leaders would not accept correction and Jesus knew that they wouldcontinue to sacrifice animals for sin after he would give himself as the“once for all” sacrifice for sins, Jesus prophesied the temple’s destruction.

(Matthew 24:1-2 KJV ) And Jesus went out, and departed fromthe temple: and his disciples came to him for to show him thebuildings of the temple. {2} And Jesus said unto them, See ye notall these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left hereone stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

Jesus heart and ministry was devoted to the purity of the worship of God.

(John 4:24 KJV ) God is a Spirit: and they that worship him mustworship him in spirit and in truth.

Jesus cleansed the literal Jewish temple. If we follow him, he will alsocleanse our temple (2 Corinthians 6:16 KJV).

(1 John 1:7 KJV) But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light,we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christhis Son cleanseth us from all sin.

This will also be true of every remnant Christian and every remnant Chris-tian Ministry that the Lord will raise up. For this blessed reason, God’s trueChurch will separate themselves from the apostate religious system that isemerging as the harlot church of the False Prophet.


(Revelation 18:3-8 KJV) For all nations have drunk of the wineof the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth havecommitted fornication with her, and the merchants of the earthare waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. {4} AndI heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, mypeople, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receivenot of her plagues. {5} For her sins have reached unto heaven,and God hath remembered her iniquities. {6} Reward her even asshe rewarded you, and double unto her double according to herworks: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double. {7} Howmuch she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so muchtorment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit aqueen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow. {8} Thereforeshall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and fam-ine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is theLord God who judgeth her.
