CORNERSTONE CORNER How to Be a Friend

Friends to the End for Kids by Bradley Trevor Greive

This book can help all students learn how to respect each other and develop interpersonal skills for getting along. Using it, we will give students the opportunity to explore ways to be kind to each other, make and keep friends, and be UPstanders in the online and  face-to-face world.

Please remember that it is each family’s responsibility to update the emergency contact information the school has on file if something at home changes. If one of your emergency contacts changes a phone number, if you need to delete an emergency contact and add an additional one, or if your contact information changes, please go to the office and ask for a form to update the info on file. Online School Directory: How to Get Access Los Gatos Education Foundation (LGEF) and the Blossom Hill Home & School Club are thrilled to announce the availability of the 2017-2018 Online School Directory. This online guide replaces the printed “buzz books” of previous years. You’ll get access to Blossom Hill parent contact information from your computer, tablet, or smart phone. The directory is also a communication tool where teachers, staff, and volunteers, such as room parents, can contact you about upcoming events and activities. How to get directory access:

1. You will receive an email from “Fourleaf” for each email you entered for your family when you registered for school.

2. Follow the email instructions to activate your

account and set up a password. You can also review your personal contact data and choose what you want published.

3. Ensure you are a member of the Blossom Hill

Home & School Club by making a donation to our One Check campaign.

4. Point your browser to www.fourleaf.net and log in. Now you can access the Blossom Hill

directory! Do I have to be a Home & School Club member to use the directory? Yes. Just like the “buzz books” from past years, the cost of the online directory is included with your Home & School Club membership. If you are not already a member you can join now. It may take a few days after you join for access to be enabled. Can I access from my smart phone or tablet? Yes, an iPhone app is available (search for “Fourleaf Networks” in the App store). At this time there is no iPad or Android app but you can use a browser on any mobile device. Simply point your browser to www.fourleaf.net. What if I don’t get an email? During registration, all the emails in your family may not have been included. In any case you can be included by going to www.fourleaf.net/blossomhill What if I have a question or concern? Please send an email to [email protected]. Online School Directory brought to you by The Los Gatos Education Foundation (LGEF) and the Blossom Hill Home & School Club!
