Our eLearning training modules, like all training programs developed by The Negotiation Institute, are customized specifically for the client. We use your organizationʼs negotiation problems as working material to create case studies addressing the issues anticipated in upcoming negotiations. We use these case studies to develop eLearning modules that trainees can access anywhere, from any device with an internet connection. We are able to add interactive elements to the program, such as exercises, live chats, message boards, and games involving all users.!

clients with very large groups of trainees, as well as clients who

wish to train entire departments the basic concepts of our programs. !

  Getting everyone together in one place for a certain period of time can be difficult. With peopleʼs busy

schedules today, sometimes it is not possible to conduct a seminar that

is long enough to guarantee results. Through eLearning, we are able to

separate 2, 3, or 5-day live seminars into 1 to 3-day

eLearning modules covering ʻthe basicsʼ, followed by only one day of

on-site, instructor-led debriefing exercises/application of material. !

accessible!The process is simple: trainees will receive an email containing easy instructions on how to get started. They are provided a password, and with their email address, they are able to log into the eLearning system. !

Videotaped seminars given by our Experts play in a split-screen format beside a visual presentation (i.e. PowerPoint, film clips, etc.). Trainees are able to control—stop, pause, fast forward, and rewind—all aspects of the module. !

Our easy-to-navigate eLearning modules are able to be accessed on any device with an internet connection. This means they can be reviewed anytime, anywhere—in the office when their schedule clears up, while in transit on the train or in a cab, and in the comfort of their own home—making it an ideal training alternative for those with busy or irregular schedules
