The chassis consist of the following parts :1.1. Backplane -Backplane - PCB that connect all the chassis components

together.2. Shelf manager - FRU that control and monitor all of the

chassis component.

3.3. Fan trayFan tray - FRU that supply sufficient air flow and velocity to the shelf in order to withstand within the ATCA specifications.

4.4. Air filterAir filter - FRU that filter the incoming air in to the chassis

5.5. SEEPROMs SEEPROMs - FRU which contain data about the chassis and the manufacture.

6.6. Power Supply Power Supply - supplying sufficient power to the shelf for normal operation.

7.7. Front Blade Front Blade - areas in which the third party blades slide into.

8.8. RTM areas - RTM areas - areas in which the third party RTM slide into.
