Introduction

Agritech Israel 2012, the 18th International Agricultural Technology Exhibition, is one of the world’s most important exhibitions in the field of agricultural technologies. The exhibition will be held May 15 – 17, 2012 at the Israel Trade Fairs and Convention Center in Tel Aviv.

The exhibition program will include the conference of the International Committee for Plastics in Agriculture (CIPA). The conference is held once every three years and, in response to the invitation extended by the organizers of Agritech, the Committee decided to hold its 2012 Conference within the framework of the Agritech Exhibition.

We hereby invite all those involved in manufacturing, marketing, R&D, as well as all those involved in the various agricultural sectors both directly and indirectly, to take part in the Agritech Exhibition.

The bodies involved in organizing the Exhibition include the Agritech Non-Profit Organization, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Israel Export and International Cooperation Institute and the Kenes Exhibitions. Everyone involved will do his utmost to ensure that the 18th Agritech Exhibition will be even more successful than its predecessors.

Registration FeesExhibitors are obliged to pay a registration fee of $450. Exhibitors are entitled to receive the following services:

• Parking tickets according to the exhibition space occupied and to be determined by the organizers• Exhibitor tags• Invitations to be sent to the exhibitor’s clients • An entry in the Exhibition Catalogue and the event website• Public relations services before and during the Exhibition• Access to Networking

Standard Stand Construction (min. 12 m2)

Price: $ 265.00 / m2The standard stand construction package includes:

• White walls, fitted in aluminum frame, 250 cm high• Fascia board bearing stand number and the exhibitor’s name (in standardized lettering as written on the registration form)• Two plastic chairs, one desk• One 2 KW electrical socket for each 12 m2• One 100w spotlight per 1 meter of fascia, included in the 2KW supply

Space Only Option (min. 20 m2)

Price: $ 235.00* / m2The space only option includes:

• Display area• Power connection of up to 2kW (for every 10 m2) through a one-phase, 220v socket or a five pin (380v) CEE socket. All sockets shall be concentrated at one location.

*Exhibitors who reserve 50-100 m2 will receive a 3% discount on the price of every square meter above 50 m2. Exhibitors who reserve more than 100 m2 will receive a 5% discount on the price of every square meter above 100 m2.

Outdoor Exhibition Area

Price List:

1 m2–100 m2 $ 36.00/m2101 m2–200 m2: $ 32.00/m2201 m2–300 m2: $ 30.00/m2301 m2 –400 m2: $ 28.00/m2401 m2–500 m2: $ 24.00/m2501+ m2: $ 22.00/m2

Outdoor exhibition space includes:

• Display area• Power connection of up to 4kW (for every 100 m2) through a single socket suitable for the power demand. All sockets will be concentrated at one location.

Discounts

• Exhibitors registering for the Exhibition before June 1, 2011 shall be entitled to a 5% discount, on the cost of the net area only. • Exhibitors who are members of the Israel Export Institute shall be entitled to a discount of 10%, on the cost of the net area only. • Only one discount applicable per exhibitor.

To ensure your place in the Agritech 2012 Exhibition, please fill in the attached forms and submit them as soon as possible to the offices of the Exhibition Management.

Exhibition Advertising

The organizers will produce and distribute the following advertising materials:

• The Exhibition’s official catalogue • The Exhibition website• Networking engine

Without incurring any additional payment, exhibitors shall be entitled to appear in the aforementioned advertising products in accordance with the forms and guidelines to be issued by the organizers. All other advertising shall incur payment and shall be at the exhibitor’s sole discretion.

Technical Services

After registration each exhibitor shall be provided with a services booklet, containing all the information required to order various additional services that may be needed before and during the exhibition.
