My Duties to Post Contract:
Review the B.O.Q. and identifying what the items to be takeoff for related project. Preparation of variations after reviewing the B.O.Q. according to the site changes. Preparation of extra works according to site changes. Taking off quantities for all disciplines. Material ordering and estimation. Preparing monthly interim valuation. Rate analysis and costing. Preparation and checking Sub-Contract bills. Preparing bar schedules and day works. Preparing interim bill measurement sheets. Calculate quantities for any modification for variation claims. Prepare progress invoices in coordination with Project Manager and Site Engineer based
on contract agreement. Produce proper claims for variation order in coordination with Project Manager and Site
Engineer. Produce sufficient technical justification for any variation claims. Site visit to ensure progress is complying within claims and payment made according to
agreement. Take necessary precaution to recover cost for any complication happens in future by
retaining sufficient amount. Supervise store keepers and time keepers for correct generation of data.
Oversee technical matters for material approval and backup to Project Manager for necessary actions.
Generate sufficient technical data for any changes incurred in site for further claims or analysis.
Prepare bar logs to ensure correct quantities requested for site. Performs other duties as per Project Manager’s instructions.

Carefully reading & noting all matters in specification & tender documents to quote the tender as MEP Contractor
