Pressure Dynamics has developed its own range of user friendly hydrostatic pressure testing, system flushing and function testing capable portable hydraulic power units designed specifically for topside and subsea hydraulic equipment applications.

Alternatively, Pressure Dynamics can supply customised units to suit your specific project requirements and include options for:

• Air driven or electric motor (fixed or variable speed) driven pumps

• Mineral oil, synthetic oil or water glycol based hydraulic fluids• Zone 1, Zone 2, Safe Area,• Single or multiple pressure outputs to 1380 Bar (20000psi)• Piston or Bladder Accumulators• Filtration and offline cooling and/or circulation for maintenance of

fluid cleanliness in accordance with SAE AS4059• Unregulated or Pressure Regulated Outputs• Online fluid condition monitoring• Manual controls or via HMI screen and PLC control system

complete with integral safe system control logic for protection of operator and assets.

• Robust, fully enclosed or open frame, stainless steel or epoxy

Coated carbon steel structure, lifting points and primary structuredesigned and manufactured in accordance with DNV 2.7-1.

As field developments access deeper and more remote locations, hydraulic system design pressures are increasing continually whichfurther increases the risk to personnel and assets.

To minimise exposure of your operators to the hazard of high fluidpressure, all Pressure Dynamics test & flushing hydraulic powerunits are designed in accordance with human factor engineeringguidelines for ease of operation and increased safety as anexplicit goal.
