There are two manifolds in machine. One fixedand other adjustable.
Firstly part is placed at fixed manifold and thensecond manifold is adjusted according to length ofpart.
Then tighten pipe on other end.
After tightening the pipe, door is closed.
Then cycle is started
First of all Flushing is being carried out, in thisprocess water is released from one side at largepressure that cleans the part for partial particles.

After Flushing, Leakage testing is initiated
In this Process inlet is only open and outlet is
being closed Desired pressure is filled in part and tested for
a time (adjustable)
If part passes leakage test it initiate O.K.indicator and O.K. parts counting is increased.
If part fails leakage test then red indicator withbuzzer will glow and NG parts counting is
increased.
