WHAT WILL YOU DO

The Meeting and Events intern assists in planning, organizing and executing all

meeting and events taking place at Zoku Vienna. At the core of this internship you

are responsible for coordinating everything needed to create unforgettable events

from audio visual assistance and set up, food and beverage ordering, scheduling and

managing external catering and rental companies.

• Take the lead on day to day Meeting and Events operations

• Work either in a team or on your own to run said operations of all Meeting and

Events

• Write and update SOPs

• Be the go to person for guests and groups from Meeting and Events

• Be the bus driver and come up with solutions on the go

• Occasionally manage and guide flex staff

• Work closely with our team of Sidekicks, the Community Manager and report to

the Duty Manager on shift

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?

• You are a student looking for a life altering experience as an intern. You can be

studying at either MBO+, HBO/university or master degree level in the fields of

Hospitality or Event Management

• You are fluent in both written and spoken English, other languages are a plus

• You are a European Union resident or have a valid working and living permit for

Austria

• You are flexible, as you’ll have no fixed working days/hours

• You love to work hard, as we will need you full time

MUST HAVES

• Internship allowance of € 1.075 per month

• Full time (40 hours) internship placement at one of the 25 coolest hotels in the

world

• 6 months internship minimum

• 10 holiday days (per 6 months)
