Have you heard of the cash flow quadrant?

Have you heard of the cash flow quadrant? Most people have grown up and been educated by our school system to have good greats and find a good and secure job. They are EMPLOYEES and have a J.O.B. They exchange their time for money. Their core value craves Security! Some people have enough and want to break out of the rat race—they start up as self em-ployed, but they still only get paid for the time they work. This also includes professionals such as doctors, layers and trades people.

The left side of the quadrant makes up over 80% of the population, but they only earn 20% of the wealth. On the other side of the quadrant we have BUSINESS OWNERS—they leverage other peo-ple’s time to create a profit—they OWN A SYSTEM and their financial values are driven by building wealth.

INVESTORS make money work for them, they own investments. Investors have achieved true financial freedom.

The right side of the quadrant makes up only 20% of the population but they make over 80% of the wealth. Mary Kay can offer you a system/ a business to move from the left hand side to the right hand side without having to have £1000 of pounds to set up a business, isn’t that exciting?

You are never to give the diagram out as a copy—to be effective you need to draw it! Explain avenues of income from sales and team building emphasising the power of reusable products = REORDERS and how she can build a big business (if she wishes) by building a team and leveraging other people’s efforts. What would you rather have 100% of your own effort, or 1% of 100 people’s efforts?
