    1.0 INTRODUCTION

    A site survey was carried out by Asia Debut Sdn Bhd technical team at Masjid BesarUMS with the assistance UMS Kota Kinabalu Management personnel. Prior to the

    visit, drive test was done around the area and it was identified that the most suitable

    place for Mobile phone and broadband operate to install a GSM, 3G, Wimax system in

    order to solve outdoor and indoor coverage issue on surrounding area is at Masjid

    Besar UMS, Kota Kinabalu,Sabah.

    This document is produced as a proposal to UMS Management stating the component

    that is going to be installed at this site. It also describes the technical issues involved.

    5.0 POWER SUPPLY

    Asia Debut Sdn Bhd will deal with SESB for power supply or tapping from buildingpower source but in case of any changes in the modes of power supply Asia Debut SdnBhd will inform UMS Management.

    6.0 EARTHING

    6.1 Telcos will provide own Main Ground Bar at Microwave Antenna Level forall equipments on building and connected to own DC Earth Chamber atground via 50.0 mm Ground Cable.

    6.2 Telcos will provide own DC Earth Chambers for all equipments at groundlevel.

    6.3 Telcos will provide own AC Earth Chamber and connected to AC inlet.

    6.4 All DC Earth Chambers are connected together via 25.0mm Copper Tape.

    7.0 SITE ACCESSIBILITY

    During the initial stage of site preparations and equipment installation, testing and

    commissioning there will be frequent movement of staffs. After the site has been

    commissioned the maintenance staff will visit the site periodically or if there is

    shortcoming occurs.

    The requirement for accessibility during the Operational Phase is 24 hours

    accessibility as the site operates continuously. Permission and work permit will be

    obtained prior to the above-mentioned work.
