NEXIAR® Italian Architecture's Performing Organization is composed by 93 resources assigned at two main Divisions: Architectural and Engineering. Each Division is organized by Departments, which are responsible of discrete tasks, as outlined in the following Organization Chart. The main Divisions are connected by a Cross Functional Division that provides Building Information

Modeling (BIM) and L.E.E.D consultancy.

The Performing Organization is managed by a certified project manager (PMP®).
