(A) Loadable Plan

In the sailing instruction, the quantities and the grades you should nominate to the supplier

are shown.

You are requested to draw up the loadable plan in accordance with the sailing instructions

and advise Crude Oil Team (TANKCRU) and Tanker Management Team (MARTANKER) of

your loadable plan (Ship’s loadable quantity, tank wise, information which you want to tell us

if any, and etc…). If needed, Tanker Management Team (MARTANKER) will advise you of

their comments on your plan.

When you draw up the loadable plan, please use NYK Form.

: TANKCRU5_8480E Stowage Plan & Loadable quantity

(B) Stowage Report

Please advise Crude Oil Team (TANKCRU) and Tanker Management Team (MARTANKER)

of your loaded stowage report (NYK form) after sailing last loading port (after B/L figure is

confirmed).

: TANKCRU5_8490E Stowage Plan (after loading)

(C) Discharging Plan

When you receive the discharging order, please draw up the discharging plan with NYK

form.

: TANKCRU5_8410E Cargo Sequence (Disch)

After you draw up the discharging plan, please send it to Crude Oil Team (TANKCRU)

and Tanker Management Team (MARTANKER) before you submit it to charterer.

Tanker Management Team check (or advise if any) the plan, and then they acknowledge

charterer’s form. (If charterer does not have their original form, please apply NYK form.)

After you draw up the discharging plan, please submit it to charterer (and copy to us)

from vessel directly.

Tanker Management Team (MARTANKER) check (or advise if any) the plan.

(D) Pumping Rate

If the vessel cannot maintain her maximum discharging rate due to shore reason(s), you

should obtain signature by shore representative on a statement of fact.

You should state clearly following points in the statement.

(1) Lower discharging rates requested by shore

(2) The periods and rates of reduction

(E) Cargo Remaining On Board

In order to protect us from R.O.B. claims, you are requested to follow below mentioned

procedures.

(1) Vessel should conclude stripping operation based on prior consultation with terminal or

its representative.

(2) Vessel should not disconnect hoses, nor allow disconnection of hoses, until instructed by

terminal or its representative, and certainly not until after dry survey is completed.

(3) If the surveyor alleges that there is cargo R.O.B. which is liquid, free flowing and

pumpabale, vessel should offer to restrip tanks until pumpable R.O.B. becomes nothing.

(F) Protest Letter

In order to protect us from any claims by charterer, you should submit protest letters to

terminal/shipper regarding below matters for instance.

(1) Cargo Discrepancy – in case ship’s figures are less than B/L (shore) figures

(2) Slow Loading Rate
