Pricing and Subscription

To make things easier for you, we’ve included all our Digital Services, Box, McAfee and Office 365 on one order form. We require a PO from your customer, clearly identifying the product required and we will process the rest.

It will take 48 hours to provision your customer’s order onto the O2 system. For example, an order received by 2pm on Tuesday would be provisioned by 2pm on Thursday. An order received by 2pm on Friday would be provisioned by 2pm on Tuesday.

What is available?

There are three types of Professional Services Packages available - QuickStart, SmartStart and FullStart. These packages will help your customers to maximise the value of their Box subscription by getting them deployed quickly.

The QuickStart Package is often favoured for smaller and simpler deployments, and includes an admin training session, one to one meetings with Box implementation experts, best practice set-up assistance, training for end-users and account management from a dedicated team.

The SmartStart Package has all the benefits of QuickStart plus project planning assistance, up to 500GB of initial content migration, Active Directory setup, and ongoing account management.

The FullStart Package is for large-scale Box deployments that require a custom implementation plan to meet unique organisational needs. This plan offers customers our highest level of service attention.

Professional Services

To make things easier for you, we’ve included all our Digital Services, Box, McAfee and Office 365 on one order form. We require a PO from your customer, clearly identifying the product required and we will process the rest.It will take 48 hours to provision your customer’s order onto

the O2 system. For example, an order received by 2pm on Tuesday would be provisioned by 2pm on Thursday. An order received by 2pm on Friday would be provisioned by 2pm on Tuesday.

O2 Just Call Me is a new app that lets your customers arrange conference calls to their mobile phone for a fixed monthly fee. No awkward PIN codes and no premium rate dial-in numbers, just an app and a mobile phone.Conference participants don’t need the app, just the

host. All anyone needs to join a conference is to dial the host’s mobile phone number.Customers can schedule conferences, invite participants, and sync the event with their calendars – so they’re always on top of their conferences.

What is O2 Just Call Me?

Customers schedule the next conference call in their diary and invite participants from their email contacts book.• Participants call their mobile number at the scheduled time and are asked to join the call.• The customer decides who to accept on to the call. (And they can choose who to muffle, mute or remove at any time).• When the call is finished, they just hang up.

How does it work?

It’s easy to use – all your customers need is a mobile number.With O2 Just Call Me, there is no need for passwords, PIN numbers or dial-in codes. Your customers don’t need a data connection – so long as they can receive calls, they can host an O2 Just Call Me conference call for up to 20 people.

What’s different about O2 Just Call Me?

O2 Just Call Me costs £5 (ex VAT) per calendar month for each user.There are no extra costs to host a call. And participants don’t have to dial any premium rate numbers – they

just pay their standard rate to call a mobile. And if they’re on O2 Business, calling into an O2 Just Call Me conference is free.
