Pursuant to section 1 0 of the BC .Sewerage Regulafion 32612004 the owner/user of an onsite wastewater system mu ,t ensure it 1s operated al"d maintained in accordance with fhe operation/maintenance Dian provided by the designer/planner Inaddition, the owner�user is required to keep rec Jrds of the system 1nspec-t1ons and maintenance performed on the system.

IMPORTANT: This system has been designed lo service a residence as listed on the general specifications of sewerage system Therefore. addition of a bedroom or -any additional squa,re footage added to house, a sUFte or use as a bed and bri�akfast will require alteratiGns to the onsite wastewater system that must be designed by an Authorized Person and filed with the Health Au1·hority.
