SYNCHRONIZE ITOUCH

WITH ITUNES AND OUTLOOK

Supplies: iTouch or iPad device computer with iTunes and Outlook installed

Check to see if Outlook is the default E-mail on the computer you are using. Open Microsoft Outlook. On the Tools menu,

click Options, and then click the Other tab. Under General, make sure there is a check mark by Mark Outlook the default program for E-mail, Contacts, and Calendar.

Connect the iTouch/iPad to the computer. If iTunes doesn’t open automatically, open the program. The images that follow may

vary depending on the version of iTunes installed on the computer.

Click on the Info tab. Check the Synch Contacts with Outlook option. Contacts should be transferred to the iTouch.

Check the Synch Calendars with Outlook option. Click on Apply.

Make sure the device performs another Synch. If asked, select the Replace Info button. Calendar and Contact entries

should be transferred to from the computer to the iTouch and from the iTouch to the computer.
