VILLA 494 IN SURIN, PHUKET, THAILAND

Set high on a hill overlooking the ocean, in the heart of the prestigious West Coast of Phuket, in a

gated secure compound, is villa Baan Surin Sawan surrounded by stunning tropical gardens.

With its pavilion style contemporary Thai architecture and iconic pitched roofs, the imaginative decor





throughout and panoramic ocean views, guests will know they have found something very special. Only

25 minutes from Phuket's international airport and 15 minutes from the shopping and buzzing

nightlife of Patong. The famous Surin beach with its white soft sand endless ocean is only 2 mins drive

away, where guests can find many restaurants and bars serving both Thai and international cuisine.

The villa is accented with artifacts, fabrics, and paintings sourced from many cultures around the world.

The attention to detail, the artistic use of colour and texture has created aesthetic living spaces

throughout. The bold floor mosaics combined with the use of natural local material, such as stone,

slate, teak and makka woods, mark this villa with distinction.

Allowing year round outdoor living, a 40 square meter covered shaded deck, sun deck ad sala are ideal

for entertaining or secluded privacy. Panoramic sea views of Bang Tao can be enjoyed from the deck,

sala, the ten meter infinity pool with an in-pool bar, or from the bedrooms and indoor living areas. Lush

tropical gardens can be found gracing the back of the villa. Taking advantage of the cool foliage is a

garden sala ideal for breakfast, a barbeque, or simply some quiet time with a change of scenery. The

open living areas of the villa are designed to capture the cooling sea breeze and for guests to enjoy the

stunning view of the ocean beyond the infinity pool.

The indoor living space is on two floors : Upper floor: Here we have the very beautiful master bedroom

with ensuite bathroom. Luxury abounds, from the four poster king size bed to the rich Lao tapestry wall

hangings and the embroidered art work. The bathroom has double washbowls separate toilet and

shower, (rain and wall mounted) with an outdoor garden area and sunken white Terrazzo marble

jacuzzi bath. Bedroom Garden view: This bedroom has a lovely view of the garden with an adjoining

shower and toilet. Living Room: A richly decorated room with TV, DVD, cable, state of the art

indoor/outdoor sound system and ipod docking. Dining room: A fabulous room with dining for 10.

The natural sandstone wall and art work adds a sophistication and elegance to the room. Kitchen:

Adjoining the dining room the Western style kitchen is equipped with gas/electric cooker and oven,

dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, professional espresso machine, microwave oven and Breakfast

Island. All mod cons are here. Garden Sala: A haven of nature awaits you here. Lush gardens surround

the sala, with table and chairs for dining and a state of the art BBQ for your use.

Lower Floor: 2 bedrooms. 1 Multifunction room

decor and private terraces to enjoy the ocean views. Both have ensuite bathrooms with separate toilet

and shower room. Both also have separate bathrooms: one black terrazzo marble sunken bath (indoor)

and one with a double bath in the outdoor garden.

The final room on this level is spacious and designed to be multi functional. With its surround sound

entertainment system and a 42" flat screen TV it is a perfect venue for sharing with friends. It can also

be transformed into a further bedroom, with its two full size sofa beds.

Adjacent to this room is a small fully fitted kitchen and a separate bathroom with power shower.

All bedrooms have dressing rooms, bath robes, slippers and beach towels. Wifi is available in all rooms.

Our in house maid (8am - 5pm.) is dedicated to taking care of your every need during your stay. The

villa is essentially self-catering but she is happy to prepare American or continental breakfast if you

wish. A full or part-time chef can be arranged at a small extra cost who will also shop for ingredients.

Cost of food purchased will be charged to your account and should be settled before your departure.

There is also a full time villa manager/concierge (English speaking) available offering a personalised

service should you require any help or in planning your activities.

Garage parking is available for 2 cars. There is a club house with gymnasium and tennis court for the

exclusive use of guests within the grounds of the estate and a free shuttle bus to Surin beach available

upon request.
