VILLA 4270 IN SURIN, PHUKET, THAILAND

This beautiful 8 Bedroom sea-view villa is designed for peaceful, relaxed and laid back living but with

the space and facilities for entertaining on a grand scale . The Villa is perfect for families or groups of

friends or can provide extremely spacious living for smaller groups. Set within a tropical garden in a

prestigious estate, close to the Amanpuri, Chedi and Twin Palms hotels, and in one of the most sought

after areas of Phuket's West Coast. The Villa is nestled on a small hill with striking views of the

Andaman sea, west coast beaches and the jungles of Thalang .

The privately-owned villa is built in a traditional Thai style and extends over 1,800m2 of internal and

external built living area. It features Thai antiques and Asian objets d'art combined with all the benefits

of modern amenities such as integrated air-conditioning, wireless internet throughout, an internet

connected computer and printer for guest use, English language satellite TV, a 60 inch cinema TV

with a selection of the latest DVD movie releases, video games and computerised sound and lighting.

The villa has 4 spacious bedroom suites with king-sized beds. Each air-conditioned suite has a

bathroom, mini bar, flat-screen TV with DVD player, and an iPod dock.  The 8th bedroom is a large

suite with 1 king bed, ensuite bathroom and two single beds placed in different corners of the very

large room. A further self-contained air-conditioned indoor pavillion consists of three private

bedrooms containing 2 single bedrooms(Beds 6 & 7) and 1 double bedroom(Bed 5), a bathroom and

living room equipped with flat screen television with a Wii video games console and a selection of

games.

The villa is extremely well equipped for entertaining and the principal terrace surrounds a 75m2 pool

and a large sala with a sunken table seating 12 people, suitable for outdoor meals, a poolside surf 'n

turf BBQ or a sunset massage. A covered open living area set at garden level overlooks a landscaped

tropical garden with a 6m high waterfall, a bar lounge, parrot aviary, billiards table and an outdoor,

ventilated gym.

The villa comes with 3 English speaking staff on duty between 8am - 5pm (additional hours or live-in

option available at a supplement) giving guests complete flexibility, freedom and convenience. A basic

continental breakfast is included in the price. The 500m long Surin beach strip, just a few minutes

from the villa, is home to many excellent restaurants offering both local and international cuisine and

perfect for beachside casual meals throughout the day or evening. For more formal dining at the

property is optimally positioned a short distance from some of the finest restaurants on the island. The

Amanpuri and Oriental Spoon are at less than 5 minutes drive and the Banyan Tree is just 15 minutes

away. Should guests desire to eat-in the villa staff can prepare fresh meals (8am-5pm + small

supplement for overtime), and for a more special occasion, a banquet chef is available (at additional

charge) for both lunches and dinners. Alternatively, the villa has made arrangements with a number of

recommended local restaurants able to provide full in-villa dining from their extensive a la carte menus.

A fully equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ are also at the guests' disposal should self-catering be

preferred.

For added convenience a vehicle and chauffeur (6 days a week, 8am-5pm, extra hrs available at

supplement) are at the disposal of guests providing free shuttle to local beaches and transport around

the island at local rates. A Thai mobile phone is also provided for the duration of their stay allowing for

24hr contact with the villa manager for organising transport, meals, tour bookings and for general

island advice.
