Safety not only by the maintenance personnel but also workers around the location
As per observation, every time there is undergoing repairs inside the feed mill, workers on production continue their assigned jobs with or without the knowledge of the situation. It is recommended to use just this ?stand-on? signage to inform all the workers for safety of all and also for unintended interruptions to the maintenance team.
Relocation of Maintenance Team Headquarters near the Feed Mill Plant
It is important to have access with the machines to be repaired or maintained in the earliest possible time, and that can be achieved if the maintenance team is found nearby the feed mill plant. Do not delay or postpone any repairs for it will only results in greater problem in the machines.
Cleaning and removal of accumulated feeds in every machines twice a year
Part of maintenance is the efficiency of the machine. Accumulated feeds reduce the rate of operation of the machines. Motors, for example, reduces their speed if feeds were stacked on the shafting or right between the shafting and the rotor.
Overhauling once a year
