2. Moreover, 17 other forms will be available for filing by stakeholders as attach-
ment, to General e-Forms GNL-2, CG-1 and RD-1. The stakeholders will fill the
17 Forms physically and get it duly signed/certified by the professionals wherev-
er indicated in, as per the requirement of the relevant form and attach these with
the prescribed General e-Form as per details given in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5. The
arrangement will continue till the 17 Forms are made available as e-Forms.
3. The following forms, will have to be filed as attachment to General Form GNL-

DIR-9, NDH-1 and NHD-3.
4. The following forms will have to be filed as attachment to General Form
RD-1:-

5. Form No DIR-10 will have to be filed as attachment to General Form CG-1
6. Stakeholders can also file application for seeking extension of date of
AGM/Accounting period by filing-Form GNL-1. Documents in respect of compa-
nies under liquidation will also have to be filed along with GNL-2. Document in
respect of particulars of person(s) or Directors charged or specified for the pur-
pose section 2(60) of the Companies Act, 2013 will be allowed to file along with
form GLN-3. Documents/forms for filing petitions to Central Government will be
allowed to file with form RD-2.
7. Following e-Forms pertaining to various provisions of Companies Act, 1956
will continue to be available for filing.

Names of a host of celebri-ties from the world of cricketand Bollywood, includingAmitabh Bachchan, SachinTendulkar and Ricky Ponting,have been found in the list ofbeneficiaries of MahatmaGandhi National RuralEmployment GuaranteeAssurance scheme in Goa.
Other illustrious names inthe list include Aamir Khan,Kapil Dev, Rahul Dravid,Sourav Ganguly, Yuvaraj Singhand Goa Chief MinisterManohar Parrikar, the informa-tion obtained from the StateGovernment's RuralDevelopment Agency under theRight to Information by the
NGO Goa Parivartan Manch(GPM), reveals.
The NGO today alleged thatmoney was being siphoned offin the implementation of UPA'sflagship scheme in the State bymaking payments to bogus ben-eficiaries.
GPM convener Yatish Naiksaid that wages of Rs 100 perday for 150 days were made inthe name of aforesaid celebritiesand even their spouses and chil-dren.
The list is from Chimbelarea, a hub of labour market,which has more than a thousandMNREGA beneficiaries.
