BIM Recommendation : The shop drawing shall apply LOD 400, so that shop drawing for Foundation
backfilling layers, waterproofing must be added.

BIM General comments:
1. Any comments indicated on 2D drawing should be created in 3D Model to be rectified on
pdf file.
2. Co-ordination with other disciplines is contractor’s responsibility.
3. Any comments in shop drawing the contractor shall be Modified in the revit model before
submit QS.
4. The contractor should Delete unused 3D view in the Revit model.
5. The contractor should Delete the CAD Link in model.
6. Any text on sheet file should be extracted from revit parameters and to be consider in the
next submittals.
7. Contractor shall update NAVISWORKS files (NWC,NWF) with the last modification in revit
model.
8. Be Sure that there is no duplication in the model elements.
9. Be sure that the model elements are joined together in order to prevent the duplication in
the intersected Materials, and to produce accurate Bill of Quantity/Material.
10. Locate all the sleeves “with actual dimensions and Material” on the model to resolve the
interference of MEP elements with the Structural Elements.
11. PDF sheets Must be generated from the Revit model “Mandatory”.
12. Remove all AutoCAD files from the model and Don not replace the 3D model elements with
2D CAD drawings.
13. Revise all schedules and check they are reading from the model elements.
14. Assign the building name and Location in the key plan.
15. Update the Revisions into the Revit Title block sheets not in the file name.
16. One Revit file must be submitted for each discipline.
17. The contractor shall be follow BIM protocol and BEP and achieve level of development.
