E.MIX Easi Screed Eco is a specially blended premixed mortar forlevelling rough and uneven concrete floors as underlayment oroverlayment. E.MIX Easi Screed Eco contains recycled material and is agreen-labelled product endorsed by the Singapore Green BuildingCouncil. E.MIX Easi Screed Eco provides a suitable substrate to receiveceramic and homogeneous tiles, marble and granite slabs under interiorand exterior conditions.

E.MIX Easi Screed Eco is designed for levelling rough and uneven concrete floors as underlayment oroverlayment. It is also applicable for making slopes with thickness between 15 to 75 mm. E.MIX EasiScreed Eco is suitable to be used as a block/brick laying mortar.

STORAGE & PACKING
E.MIX Easi Screed Eco is available in 40 kg bags.Shelf life of 12 months if product is kept in sheltered and dry place.
HEALTH & SAFETY
E.MIX Easi Screed Eco contains cement, which may produce an allergic effect. Material may causeirritation to eyes and skin. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seekmedical assistance. After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of soap and water. Pleasekeep out of reach of children.
PROCEDURE & APPLICATION
Ensure substrate is clean and sound. Remove loose particles, grease and traces offoreign materials that may affect adhesion.
Mix product with the required amount of clean water. Mix thoroughly with a mechanicalmixer until mixture is homogeneous.
E.MIX Easi Screed Eco can be placed manually by hand or machine pumped. Mortar levelpads are recommended to ensure correct and proper levelling or sloping of E.MIX EasiScreed Eco. Floor laid with E.MIX Easi Screed Eco should be cured for at least 24 hoursprior to tiling works.
For thicker applications with several layers, the layer underneath must be hardened anddry before applying the subsequent layer.
The wear resistance and adhesion of E.MIX Easi Screed Eco can be further enhanced bythe addition of E.MIX Render Admix or E.MIX Bond Admix.

2. INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS This preparation is a cementitious mix based on Portland cement, slag cement, graded sand and other chemicals. Detailed information of contents is confidential.
3. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION The product is a dry-mixed powder and may cause irritations to the skin, eyes or when inhaled or ingested.
4. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES Inorganic powder, will not burn or support combustion. Compatible with all standard fire fighting techniques. No special
procedures required.
5. FIRST AID MEASURES Ingestion : Do not induce vomiting. Wash mouth with water. Give half pint (300 ml) water to drink and
seek precautionary medical advice if necessary. Inhalation : Remove to fresh air and rest. In the event of respiratory difficulties, apply standard first aid
techniques as appropriate to the condition of the patient and get immediate medical attention.
Skin : Wash with plenty of water. Seek medical advice if any irritation persists. Eyes : Wash out immediately with plenty of water or normal saline solution and obtain medical
advice at once.
6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES Contain spillage. Take precautions against excessive dust exposure (use approved respiratory protection), shovel into bags or
other suitable containers. Small spillages may be washed to drain with plenty of water. Spillages which become damp will set and harden. Clean up spillages promptly.
7. EXPOSURE CONTROLS Engineering Controls : General or local ventilation as necessary to prevent any excessive dust exposure. Personal Protection : Although not classed as dangerous these preparations should be handled in accordance
with good industrial hygiene and safety practices. The following “good practice” precautions are recommended.
Wear suitable overalls. Wear suitable gloves and eye protection. No eating, drinking or smoking in the workplace. Wash off splashed as soon as possible. Avoid inhalation of dust. Wear suitable respiratory protective equipment if working is confined spaces with
inadequate ventilation. Advice on respiratory protective equipment is given in British Standard BS 2091 and BS 4275 and the HSE publication HS(G)53.

8. STORAGE AND HANDLING No special conditions. Store in a dry and sheltered place away from moisture and water which can cause the product to set and
hardened.

10. STABILITY AND REACTIVITY Stability : Stable at normal temperatures when kept dry. When wet, sets to a hard lump
with evolution of small amounts of heat. Materials and Conditions to avoid : None known Hazardous Decomposition Products : None known in normal applications.
11. ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION Not biodegradable. Long term ecological effects are as for any cement / concrete product.
12. DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS Carefully dispose of excess product and packaging by collecting for disposal as a trade waste in accordance to local authority
guidelines.
13. TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION Ingestion : No specific data available. Not regarded as harmful by ingestion. Unlikely to be any
serious ill effects. May caused minor upset or irritation to the digestive system. Inhalation : Dust arising from this preparation is not likely to cause significant disease or toxic effect if
exposure is kept under reasonable control. Long-term exposure may cause inflammation of lining of the respiratory system.
Skin Contact : Prolonged contact may cause irritation especially if wet. Eye Contact : Will cause discomfort and irritation.
14. TRANSPORT INFORMATION No special packaging requirements. Product is non-combustible and not dangerous for land, sea and air (under IATA) transport.
15. REGULATORY INFORMATION Not classified as dangerous but can be an irritant.
