Science is a wondrous rhyme that refines every day thinking and common sense at its best. With an axiom to develop scientific and systematic approach among its students, School structured an array of Science based activities includ-ing Experimental Acts in which the students from classes III-XII participated ardently. Students were guided to perform various experiments, research and gear up with impressive and interesting presentations. They also learned unusual magical tricks based on science concepts and mesmerized one and all. All of these activities helped to promote, popularize and indoctrinate scientific approach among the students. The non participant students also showed great curiosity asking multiplicity of questions to gratify their longing for acquaintance with Science.

MAPS Masterchef is not only an event but also an integrated learning platform for the students. A reflection of

‘HOME SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP’, it’s an important aspect of our curriculum.

Mothers prepared non-fire recipes. Although adhering to the pre-scribed list of ingredi-ents, mothers displayed their own critical and creative thinking skills while deciding about their competitive dish of the day. The chef interacted with the kids and guided them to try original and easy recipes.

The focused Agarsainians of CBSEi 1i to 8i , cele-brated Diwali with an idea to propogate “Eco Friendly – Cracker Free Diwali” . They followed the traditions associ-ated with this lovely festival by cleaning and decorating their classrooms, making colorful Rangolies, sharing sweets and yummy delicacies with their friends and teachers, giving small gifts in donation and Bursting PAPER PATAKAS.

MAPS CBSEi students added yet another feather to the cap by winning at an interschool competition held at DAV Pushpanjali Charu Bansal of 8i presented a Documentary film on peer pressure and bagged I prize( cash of Rs. 3000) whereas. Hrishita Gupta 7i showcased a Presentation for School Enterprise Challenge and won I prize(cash prize of Rs. 3000).

Students of Montessori visited

Children’s Home on the occasion of Children’s Day to Bal Sahyog as a part of SEWA activity. Students shared biscuits and chocolates with under privileged children. They realized that one must contribute and understand his/her social responsibility not only towards family but also towards society.

In order to recapitulate the Knowledge kids had gained in the unit Animals, Montessori classes organized ‘The Whiz Kids Quiz Contest’. The students answered several questions, comprising different challenging rounds, thus enhancing their skills

Show and Tell Competition was organized for Montessori students on the theme – “My Favorite Mode of Transport”. Little orators carried attractive and fancy toy vehicles and spoke about different modes of transport very confidently. This activity inculcated public speaking, confidence and expression of speech in the students.

The Christmas delight was uncontained when Santa made a grand entry in the Montessori classroom. The precious gifts in handmade Santa socks were exchanged by the kids. They had a big feast including delicious Pizza and Cake. After feast everyone enjoyed music and dance.

A typical Indian Street food ambience was created in Montessori class, where various kinds of mouth -watering delicacies were served to one and all. Mothers of Montessori students were invited to prepare delicacies. This fest offered a great opportunity for students from different religions to enjoy the traditional delicacies.
