Delusion here by-him described controlled thus know, controlled thus know, controlled

Summary: ( the ever-present merges ) into deep-sleep, deep-sleep into supreme lord. This supreme state is unlike truth or delusion ( as known here, in this world ). This is controlled by Him, thus it is known. The deep sleep here is like the hibernation during winter of animals like the polar bear, but very unlike this, as there is no nature left anymore, with the Supreme Lord continuing to play the gentle host, to the hibernating world, in its most subtle form.

Summary: Thus ends the second part
