Established in 1957 as the American Airlines Stewardess College, the Training and Conference Center provides a dynamic educational experience for over 26,000 flight attendants. It also serves as the central learning site for employees in airport, cargo, safety, IT and leadership positions.

The FSU Training Center includes 75,000 feet of space, and is undergoing renovation to house both pilot simulation as well as flight attendant training facilitates.

The goal of the learning team is to create and support meaningful, engaging learning experiences and employee development programs that promote safety, improve job performance, support corporate goals and foster professional development.

Situated on 30 wooded acres, the Training and Conference Center offers students and meeting attendees access to lodging, meals and indoor/outdoor activities during their stay. Visitors will see a variety of classrooms and meeting rooms, guests rooms and amenities.
