The Modular Train PlaTforM SySTeM Made of Three rein-forced concreTe SecTionSThe system assembly begins by laying down the prefabricated elements (1) on a prepared clean layer.

The longitudinal beams (2) are set up on the fundament and attached to supports integrated in the fundament to fix them in place against lateral movement by means of continuously inserted threaded rods and screwed-on steel plates.

The train platform flagstones (3) are placed and aligned on the upper side of the longitudinal beam.

The guiding system for the blind made of fine ceramic stoneware tiles is already installed at the factory in the surface of the platform flagstone. The knobbed-finish walking surface of the train platform edge is integrated into the flagstone as well.

Openings for the continuous components (masts, supports, etc.) or shaft covers with a continuous structure can be arranged according to specifications. The wal-king surfaces have the required roughness and structured surface in compliance with DIN 32 984 standards or Module 813 of the Deutsche Bahn AG.

The train platform inclination of 2 % is integrated into the prefabricated slab.

The construction provides the required protective safety space of 0.70 x 0.70 m at a height of 0.96 m above the track upper edge as prescribed by Module 813.0201.
