• The City of San Francisco is Studying the Visitacion Valley Redevelopment Area and is undertaking an EIR which will include the former Schlage Lock site and UPC’s adjacent San Francisco Property.
• It is expected that the City will issue the Draft EIR for Public Review in fall of 2007
• It is expected that certification of the EIR will be in the Spring of 2008
• It is expected that a demolition permit for the Schlage Lock factory will be issued soon after certification
