GOALS AND AIMS

1. Create a professional goaltending culture in Stavanger 2. Educate the goalies/coaches towards modern

goaltending 3. Develop and integrate team/ goalie practicing together 4. Develop young goalies to play in Oilers within 3 years 5. Gain national team goalies from Stavanger in 3 years 6. Build up a solid goaltending “team” that represents the

goalie development in Stavanger 7. Create the interest towards hockey in Stavanger

VALUES AND RULES

VALUES: 1. Respect and team work! 2. Professionalism -> nutrition, clothing, warm ups.... 3. Hard working attitude -> never give up! 4. Discipline and demanding (coaches <-> players)
