MILSPRAY’S dedication to providing top quality service does not exclude our commitment to refurbishing static dis-plays and museum pieces. Our skilled technicians are trained in the art of corrosion removal, re-painting, stenciling, vinyl letter application, decal application and bird proofing.
MILSPRAY uses state of the art corrosion removal equipment with a built in vacuum system for dust and debris col-lection. We do not require the use of a shelter to perform our work as we also use propriety overspray collection equipment and a water based, environmentally friendly coating. This coating combined with our over spray/vapor recovery system provides for the most environmentally friendly static display restoration system available.
MILSPRAY uses a unique, water based acrylic one coat system coating that successfully provides protection in harsh, outdoor, and unsheltered applications. It is a complex mixture of non-toxic organic inhibitors that provides a fast drying thixotropic coating that is resistant to sagging or running, forming a tough, corrosion inhibiting protective barrier. It is designed to give optimal outdoor performance without cracking or chipping upon prolonged exposure to sunlight. Features of this coat are as follows: fast-drying, non-flammable, UV resistant when dried and provides multi metal protection.
