Statement of Work Computer Lab Renovation – USCGC HEALY December 1, 2011 In Jan-Apr 2012, STARC would like to renovate the Computer Lab on Healy in accordance with the original ECR submitted for the project. The following documents are submitted for the renovation project showing changes and additions from the original ECR: Page No. Description 1 Computer Lab drawing showing current configuration and new configuration 2 Relocation and addition of 19” equipment racks (6 total) 3-4 Power distribution to new racks utilizing one central UPS unit 5 new Unistrut welded to bulkheads 6 replacement of new benches in lab 7 Ventilation and Lighting changes in the lab above the new racks 8 Alarm panel removal 9-10 Communications equipment move to a different location STARC will be responsible for any subcontract work and costs that involve welding, electrical, ventilation, and flooring modifications. Technicians from STARC and ESU will coordinate and manage the movement and rewiring of equipment going into the new 19” racks in the Computer Lab. The new proposed Watchstander Station in the Computer Lab will be located on the aft bulkhead. (This will be the location for the “wall of monitors”). MET equipment located in AftConn will be relocated to the Computer Lab. MST bench space will be retained in the Computer Lab for one Coast Guard work terminal. Computer Lab Renovation – USCGC HEALY

In Jan-Apr 2012, STARC would like to renovate the Computer Lab on Healy in accordance with the

original ECR submitted for the project. The following documents are submitted for the renovation

project showing changes and additions from the original ECR:
