It’s easy to create and use your Zone LocatorIf you know the zone you’re shipping to, you can quickly find your rate. Here’s all you need to do:
1. Go to FedEx Rate Tools, scroll down to Get FedEx Zone Locators and enter your ZIP code to create and download a FedEx Zone Locator.
2. Find your recipient’s ZIP code in this list using either the first three digits or the full ZIP code, whichever is shown.
3. See which zone the ZIP code corresponds to, then turn to that zone in the appropriate FedEx rate tables.

Learn how to create labels and documentationWhen you’re sending a FedEx Express shipment, get started at fedex.com• Select Create a Shipment from the Quick Access menu at fedex.com to get started. Complete and
print shipping labels for U.S. and international shipments. Or manually complete a FedEx Express Package US Airbill, FedEx Express Freight US Airbill or FedEx® International Air Waybill and affix it to your package using a label pouch.
• For international shipments, select Go to FedEx Global Trade Manager from the Manage tab at fedex.com to identify and print the required documentation.
It’s also easy to prepare your FedEx Ground shipments at fedex.com• Select Create a Shipment from the Quick Access menu at fedex.com to create and print a
combined barcode and address label. You can also print your shipping manifest right from your desktop and give it to your FedEx Ground driver with your shipment. Or you can manually complete your own address label and apply a preprinted barcode label.
• No abbreviations, P.O. boxes or rural routes may be used on the address label. Place it next to the barcode label on the widest part of the package, 4 inches from the edge.

You can manage the billing process end-to-end with FedEx® Billing Online Plus, from reviewing invoices to scheduling payments.
Integrate your accounts-payable process. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) delivers electronic FedEx invoice, remittance and adjustment data.
If you prefer, we can send you a paper invoice which can be summarized and sorted several different ways.
We also offer several payment options designed to fit the way you like to do business.
• Electronic funds transfer or automatic debit. This option requires a FedEx account number and prior approval.
• Check or money order. This option includes cashier’s checks and traveler’s checks. We do not accept counter checks or third-party checks.
• Credit card. You have several options.
• Bill your FedEx account charges directly to a credit card.
• Write your credit card number on your airbill or air waybill.
• Use your credit card to ship online with FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.com even if you don’t have a FedEx account.
• Use your credit card when you drop off a package at a FedEx location.
• Cash. Note: Cash is not an available option at some FedEx locations.

If you want a payment option that allows you, as the recipient, to be invoiced directly for inbound shipments, choose FedEx Ground® COLLECT so you can control costs and avoid charges added by your suppliers. It’s available in the U.S. and Canada. Not available for FedEx Home Delivery. Contact your FedEx account executive for more information.
You can file a claim by mail or fax, or save time by submitting it online via FedEx® Claims Online. When you file online, you can request periodic email updates on the status of your claim. Plus, we pre-populate the claim form with details of your shipping record.
