WHAT IS FAST BEAM?Fast Beam is a prefabricated concrete beam formwork system. It’s designed to support the spine wall or dividing wall (Hebel, Speed Panel, Blockwork or concrete wall) between our Fast Tread scissor stairs in multi-level fire stair applications.

Shop drawn and fully prefabricated with reinforcement preinstalled, it saves time on site and eliminates the need for a load bearing spine wall in your scissor stairs.

WHERE CAN I USE FAST BEAM?Fast Beam is the perfect solution for scissor stair applications in multi-level builds as it replaces the need for a spine load bearing wall.
