morning: arrival at São Paulo International Airport / transfer to the hotel / orientation session
afternoon: Football match
evening: welcome dinner at a Brazilian steak house
Day 2 - Monday
morning: lectures at a local University: “Brazilian voleybal: a real succces case”/ “Sports and its social capital”/“Major sports events legacy”
afternoon: visit and meeting at the Sao Paulo’s 2014 FIFA World Cup Committee
evening: Brazilian rhytms workshop
Day 3 - Tuesday
morning: technical visit to the Football Museum at the Pacaembu Stadium
afternoon: visit and meeting at a Sports Marketing agency
evening: samba night
Day 4 - Wednesday
morning : visit to a Football Club and their training center
afternoon: visit and presentation at one of the 2014 FIFA World Cup major sponsor
evening: night out at Vila Madalena
Day 5 - Thursday
morning: visit to Gol de Letra, a ngo founded by two former football players who works with kids and teenagers to promote sports and education in poor neighborhoods
afternoon: technical visit to Arena Corinthians, venue for the opening cerimony and match of 2014 FIFA World Cup
evening: Skye bar to enjoy one of the most beautiful views from Sao Paulo
Day 6 - Friday
morning: flight to Rio de Janeiro and hotel check in
afternoon: visit and presentation at the 2016 Summer Olympic Athletes Village
evening: nigth out in Ipanema
Day 7 - Saturday
morning: favela experience: a deep visit to one of the most famous slums
afternoon: visit to one of the new seven wonders of the world: Christ the Reedemer Statue
evening: night out at Rio Scenarium according to The
Guardian one of the top 10 bars in the world
Day 8 - Sunday
morning: off to enjoy world’s famous Copacabana beach
afternoon: visit to the Sugar Loaf mountain
evening: samba school reahearsal for Carnival
Day 9 - Monday
morning: visit to the Brazilian Olympic Commitee
afternoon: technical visit to Maracana stadium
evening: Samba Night at Pedra do Sal: birthplace of this musical genre
Day 10 - Tuesday
morning: visit to a Telecom company headquarters
afternoon: visit to a construction company responsible for one of the major events venues / Rio downtown historical tour
evening: farewell group dinner
Day 11 - Wenesday
morning: time off to buy some souvenirs ou to enjoy Ipanema
afternoon: hotel check out and transfer in a private bus to Rio International Airport
evening: flight back to your home country
