Message from Our President: Firstly, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to you for taking the time to read our sponsorship proposal and for considering how developing an association with our club could benefit your business. The Augusta Margaret River Hawks Football & Netball Club has a proud history of competing and succeeding in the South West Football and Netball Leagues and we are looking forward to the challenges ahead in season 2019. In choosing to support your local community football and netball club you are helping us to achieve our vision, which this year includes a commitment to, “Achieving new levels of professionalism both on and off the field.” We present a numbers of sponsorship packages which will give businesses the opportunity to support our club at all levels. In return for your investment we can help your business increase its brand awareness within the local and surrounding communities. Your brand will be aligned with a successful sporting club with a proud history in the local area and we undertake to promote our sponsors to players, members and supporters within our club and the South West Region at every opportunity. Who are we? The Augusta Margaret River Hawks Football & Netball Club was established in 1966 and is part of the South West Football League, the premier country football competition in WA. Our club comprises League, Reserves and Colts AFL teams and Women’s Netball teams. As our netballers head into their eleventh season they continue to enhance the “Hawks” proud history of success which includes both Premierships and players being drafted into the AFL system. In keeping with our history we remain a community based organisation run by volunteers. This year, our planning is focussed on becoming the dominant force in each of our associations while developing players of character both on and off the field. We pride ourselves on the development of our local talent. Since 2008 we have achieved the outstanding result of having 5 players from our club drafted in to the AFL with many others finding a home in the WAFL. Our club is a welcoming and friendly environment where everyone has equal opportunity to participate and be involved. We are very fortunate to have a strong junior system feeding into our club and love to see our kids of all ages become physically active and learn important life skills about teamwork, leadership, discipline and skill development as they progress from Auskick, junior teams, youth and girls football through to senior football and women’s netball. Excitement is building as we prepare for season 2019. We look forward to seeing you at the club.

PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP $10,000 +GST Jumper Advertising: Business logo on League Football jumpers and League Netball dresses. Perimeter Fencing: You will be entitled to 2 x 6 metre signs on the perimeter fence of the main oval for twelve months. The sign writing, manufacturing costs and annual fee will be met by the club. Club Letterheads / Email: Your logo will be displayed on all correspondence letterheads and emails out. Facebook Page: Your Company logo will be displayed on our Facebook page. We have 1340 people following our page and average 5000 views of our posts each week during the season. Web Page: You will also be acknowledged on our web page. You will also be invited to our annual presentation night, where 4 people will enjoy our club hospitality free of charge. We would also like a representative of your organisation to present one of our major awards on the night. Platinum sponsors automatically become members of our Supporters Club and be invited to par-take in the fellowship and activities of this group. Certificate: You will receive a certificate acknowledging your club sponsorship that we hope you will display in your place of business.

PERIMETER FENCE SPONSORSHIP The Club will install the sign. The sponsor is responsible for the cost of the sign to be made. A 3 metre sign costs $400 plus GST to manufacture. A 6 metre sign costs $700 plus GST to manufacture. The annual fee to the Club is $340 plus GST per annum for a 3 metre sign and $680 plus GST per annum for a 6m sign.

BEER GARDEN SIGNAGE

The annual fee for a Beer Garden sign, subject to availability, is $400 plus GST per annum (only 3 metre signs are available).
