Winterfest FEBRUARYOregon Winterfest is one of the biggest par-ties in Bend, and the Winterfest VIP party is the largest of all micro-events offered during throughout our event schedule. Your invitees will enjoy a catered meal in a warm, lighted tent located in close proximity to the music stage. This event features comfortable seat-ing and, most importantly, private portable rest rooms! 150-guest maximum.

Little Woody Rogue Valley MAYThe Little Woody Rogue Valley beer, cider and whiskey festival is held each year at Harry & David Field, home of the Medford Rogues baseball team. Your company will be a ‘hit’ with your invitees when you host a VIP party during this festival (held under a tent in case of May showers), allowing them the opportunity to enter the festival an hour early and hear from select brewers and distillers over finger foods and beverages before the main event opens. 125-guest maximum.

Bite of Bend JUNEBite of Bend is known for bringing together some of the best chefs, restaurants and food over one weekend in Bend. Theater in the Park AUGUSTHeld one enchanted weekend every August, Theater in the Park (formally Shakespeare in the Park) is the perfect opportunity to host a VIP party for your guests, clients or busi-ness-to-business partners. This party includes a catered meal with a private bar and can also include a visit from the director of the play, who will explain the finer points of its production as well as take questions from them for a unique experience like no other. 125-guest maximum

Little Woody Bend AUGUSTEvery Labor Day weekend there is a festival unlike any other, held each year at the De-schutes Historical Museum. This event, called the Little Woody Bend, brings together over 20 beer & cider brewers and several differ-ent distillers of whiskey, each of whom has used only wood barrels in the aging process of creating their beverage (hence the word, ‘Woody’ in the event title!). Your guests will arrive one hour prior to the event opening to enjoy a private room with a catered meal, while they drink samples and listen to a participating brewer and/or distiller share about their products. 50 guest maximum

Bend Fall Festival OCTOBERWhen the weather begins to cool down and the leaves start falling off the trees you know Fall has arrived in Bend, and the Bend Fall Festival is the last festival in Bend before winter is upon us. Like the Bend Summer Festival, Bend Fall Festival features nation-ally-acclaimed music acts performing in the midst of entire city blocks that are devoted to regional artists and gourmet & wine com-panies.
