The Girls Rising Collective™ Foundation, Inc., is proud to present to you our 2nd Annual Backpack-A-Thon & Family Fun Day to showcase

your corporate social responsibility program and charitable support for the communities you serve. The 2015 2nd Annual Backpack-A-Thon &

Family Fun Day back to school charity event, will be held at Vista View Park, in Davie on August 8, 2015 at 12noon to 7pm. We encourage

you to join Broward county and surrounding areas business, healthcare executives and other nonprofit organizations to make this year event a

success. Last year’s Back to School Backpack –A-Thon, we planned for 100 students and more than 250 students registered. We hope to serve

every student who attends, but we depend on financial support from businesses, healthcare executives and organizations like yours.

Our goal is to give away backpacks fill with school supplies to over 250 students in Broward, and surrounding areas, that they would otherwise

be unable to afford. Fulfilling these basic needs will go a long way towards providing the children with a quality education, beginning with the

tools they need to succeed in the classroom. With your donation of supplies or financial sponsorship we will be able to make a difference in

the lives of these students, giving them the right start to their upcoming 2015 school year. We asking you to join Broward county local

business and surrounding areas business, healthcare executives and other nonprofit organizations as financial sponsor to help Broward County

children start their school year off in a successful way. We are currently accepting new sponsors to contribute to this event.

There are several ways that you or your company can participate. Please note we can certainly tailor a package to meet your sponsorship and

support requirements. We offer financial sponsorships, exhibitor space and more. Your sponsorship will help provide backpacks and school

supplies at the event. If you would like to join us and help your community then please contact Dianne Watson, Director of Event &

benefits to your business at each level. We also need volunteers to help at the event from serving food, manning games, helping students select

school supplies, and much more! Please fill out the support form attach with this letter and return it to The Girls Rising Collective™

Foundation, Inc., office by July 24, 2015. We also anticipate offering attendees, information on community resources, valuable health

information, free school supplies, free haircuts, free backpacks, fun activities, live entertainment, free immunizations and so much more!!!
