Solutions Through Swimming & broadening appeal
1.HealthSwimming is one of the highest calorie burning exercises at around 400 calories per 30mins. It is an all over body toning exercise.
2. Ageing PopulationSwimming is the best exercise for the aging population because of it’s low impact nature on the body and joints.
