Within 80 minutes, u have to answer 35 question which have already seen by you ( ithink). All questions are from touchstone and pattern. Digits can be chngd. Please attemptopenseesame.

1. Hare in the other. The hare starts after the tortoise has covered 1/3 of its distance andthat too leisurely3. On next day first we had PPT by TCS. TCS recruiters were 3 hrs late :D

We were divided into IT and ITIS. IT is core progarmin nd ITIS networkin nd cloudcomputin etc etc. i waz selected for IT.

Please Please take complete sleep before interview day. My name was called at 8:20 pmabout 15 times and i was listening to music in my hostel room at fifth floor 63 stairs above

ground ( i was exhuasted upto 8 pm dats y dis rest helped me a lot) Special Thanx 2Akash as he called on my mobile. When I reached there collecting my breathe, luckily itwaz dinner time at 9.20pm.TR call me.

Really I believe in that Long hours doesnt mean anything, its the result that counts notmere efforts.So friends let me describe my success story:On 15/01/2011 TCS conducted written examination. Around 410 students participated andfinally 256 students were selected in this written examination and then after interviewsession finally 173 students were selected. And by this figure our college has made arecord of maximum no of selections in M.P in TCS.So Selection Procedure is divided into 3 states:

1) Written Test2) Technical Interview3) HR interviewWritten Test:

Written test consists of 35 questions 80 mins, It is a online test.Below I share some of the questions.Q1. (1/2) of a number is 3 more than the (1/6) of the same number?a) 6 b) 7 c) 8 d) 9

Solution:Let the number be x,((1/2)*x)=3+(1/6)*x,Then solve xQ2. There are two water tanks A and B, A is much smaller than B. While water fills at therate of 1 liter every hour in A, it gets filled up like, 10, 20, 40, 80, 160 in tank B. (At theend of first hour, B has 10 liters, second hour it has 20 liters and so on). Solution: 1Because in that problem they didn't mention the details like,one mice take 2 hr or 3hr etc.They told only 24 hr to test. So 1 mice is enough rest are useless words.

Q11. A Sheet of paper has statements number from 1 to 20. Statement n says "At least nof the statements on this sheet are true". Which statements are true and which are false.a. Only thing you need to keep in mind while interviewing is you should be confident whilereplying. And English is must.

Ok so as I am a Electronics student Ill suggest some topics from which interviewer asksquestions:1. Digital electronics basic2. Diodes basic3. Terms like amplifier, IC, filter just their definition4. Be confident while replying and prepare technical well. Dont go in deep just take overviewof all subjects.HR round:

Then for HR interview you must prepare yourself well. Some key questions that are askedare:1. Strengths, weakness,Ans: You should prepare your strengths and weakness a few days earlier from interview.And you should also make examples of your strengths and weakness. Like when you say

you are a good learner then you should be capable of giving a relevanr real life examplewhere you can say you was a good learner.2. HobbiesAns: Dont make fake hobbies. Always make real hobbies that you actually do in free time.Because they are going to ask a lot of questions from your hobbies part.Like my hobbies include Photography so they asked me which camera do you use,features of that camera, latest photo you shoot, what you do with the photos, etc. So beprepare.3. Extra co-curricular activitiesAns: Explain work you have done apart from your studies.

4. Tell me about yourself:Ans: Tell your whole Bio data and try to bring fluency while speaking about yourself.5. What experience do you have in this field?6. What do you know about this organization?Ans: This is most important part. You should search about TCS and know latesthappenings, awards won by TCS and a little history of TCS. Ans: This is also important to ask a question at last of the interview so prepare a questionin your mind before going to interview. And never ask about Payscale, working hours andall these cheap thinkings that comes in your mind. You can go for socialism if you likesocial services. And many other questions are there. But what is more important is, to aska question because that shows your interest in company.Last point

Finally I would say that you should prepare yourself for HR interview few days earlier byhaving interviews with your friends and preparing for questions. Remember one thingfriends dont create fake hobbies/strengths otherwise theyll caught you. Common yaarthey are doing all India recruitment you cant lie with them. They have got experience in

this interviewing field.
