Within the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast region, gas prices range from $2.86 in New York to $2.43 in Virginia. Statewide, the average price of gasoline in Pennsylvania is five cents cheaper this week at $2.84. This week’s average prices: Western Pennsyl- vania Average: $2.850. Average price during the week of June 10, 2019 was $2.925. Average price during the week of June 18, 2018 was $3.091. The average price of un- leaded self-serve gasoline in various areas: $2.642 Altoona $2.919 Beaver $2.959 Bradford $2.944 Brookville $2.668 Butler $2.883 Clarion $2.823 Du Bois $2.834 Erie $2.840 Greensburg $2.859 Indiana $2.873 Jeannette $2.961 Kittanning $2.766 Latrobe $2.834 Meadville $3.012 Mercer $2.694 New Castle $2.849 New Ken $2.883 Pittsburgh $2.783 Sharon $2.854 Uniontown $2.972 Warren $2.851 Washington On the National Front The national average price of gasoline is six cents cheaper this week at $2.68. This marks a con- sistent downward trend since Memorial Day, which is unusual for this time of year. Pump prices usually trickle higher dur- ing the summer months due to increased demand. However, the latest En- ergy Information Ad- ministration (EIA) report reveals that total domes- tic gasoline inventories jumped a million barrels last week, helping to push pump prices lower. Ac- cording to the Oil Price Information Service (OPIS), strong produc- tion output and increased imports have helped gaso- line storage levels grow consistently over the past four weeks. According to the latest EIA report, gasoline de- mand reached 9.877 mil- lion b/d last week - the 6^th highest weekly count on record. Today’s nation- al average is $2.68, which is six cents cheaper than last week, 17 cents less than last month and 20 cents less than the same time last year. At the close of Friday’s formal trading session on the NYMEX, West Texas Intermediate increased by 23 cents to settle at $52.51. Crude prices in- creased late last week after an attack on two tankers in the Gulf of Oman. This attack heightened market fears that rising tensions could continue in the Mid- dle East and negatively impact crude oil availabil- ity. If tensions between the U.S. and Iran escalate, the market will likely con- tinue pushing global crude prices higher. Before market fears in- creased, the price of crude hit its lowest point in six months last week. The drop in crude oil prices was supported by EIA re- vealing that total domestic crude inventories grew again by 2.2 million bar- rels and now sit at 485.5 million. The current level is 53 million barrels high- er than last year’s level at this time. An oversupply of crude has increased concerns that the market has a glut of oil – even as U.S.-imposed sanc- tions on Iran and Venezu- ela have worked to reduce global supply. Motorists can find cur- rent gas prices nationwide, statewide, and countywide at GasPrices.AAA.com AAA East Central is a not-for-profit associa- tion with 79 local offices in Kentucky, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia serving 2.7 million members.

How to feel better, in 7 easy steps... one at a time, or mix and match! * Clean your space * Eat something healthy * Play great music * Light a candle * Drink a glass of water (x8 throughout the day!) * Sleep a little (napping is soooo good!) * And deep breathe...in for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8There! You will be well on your way to feeling better, and on your way back to hear more of good intel from The John Tesh Radio Show!

Our lowfat and fat-free salad dressings could be working against us! Why? Because we need a little fat to absorb the disease-fighting com-pounds in vegetables! Things like lutein, lycopene, and beta-carotene are anti-oxidants you’ll find in tomatoes, carrots and greens – but they’re fat-soluble. So that means if we don’t eat them with a little fat in our dressing, we could miss out. So go for oil and vinegar instead of fat-free ranch. Better choices for your family are just around the corner- espe-cially in the season of fresh produce these days!

To reduce stress: Look at something with a FRACTAL PATTERN! Frac-tals are repeating patterns…… Like how a flower blooms and the petals are all the same shape, getting bigger as they go from the center to the outer edge. You can also find repeating patterns in leaves, seashells and snowflakes. The University or Oregon found that when people took a break from a stressful task to look at fractal images their stress response was 44% lower! Here's an amazing and quick little way to ease the stress of someone's workday - you can even guide them to find a short video of a flower opening, and you can bet they'll want to know how you found the intel. Tell them it's from The John Tesh Radio Show on WTYM AM 1380 and FM 103.7.
