CLASS POLICIES:REFUND POLICY: Students who withdraw 8 days (or more) prior to the start date of the first class receive a full refund. Students who withdraw 7 days (or less) prior to the start date of the first class DO NOT receive a refund of any kind. Please follow age recommendations.

CANCELLATIONS: All classes not meeting their minimum requirement five days prior to class start date may be cancelled. In the event of class cancellation by NW Rockhounds, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone and receive a full refund of tuition and fees.

MISSED CLASSES: There are no discounts or refunds for missed classes or late registrations.

FEES: Kit & supply fees are due to the instructor on class day unless otherwise noted.

Please purchase your ticket in advance. Class will be cancelled five days before if minimum number isn’t reached. If you have mobility issues please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

CLASSES MAKE GREAT GIFTS! We have gift certificates available in store if you can’t decide.

STORE INFO:Room Rentals: Is your group looking for a nice space to hold a meeting? Our lecture room has seating for 20 people with a projector and screen available.
