UPDATE ON THE JITNEY

The town has approved the funding for a new jitney/shuttle to serve our

community but we are at a pivotal point in the process.

Tuesday night, May 9th, at 7 pm, the Town Council Budget meeting will take place in the Town Council Chambers in the Municipal Building at 66 Main St., on the ground floor. Joe Krakoviak, the town council President slotted our group "SHARP" (Shuttle Advocates For Redwood & Pleasantdale) for a five-minute presentation to discuss and appeal to the other Town Council mem-bers. Once the decision is "inked" by the administration, we will be powerless

to change or amend it.

Please make every effort to come out on Tuesday evening at 7 pm, and have your voices heard by the town council members. We need an full chamber at the start of the meeting to show that we are serious about having a say in a service that will benefit not only commuters, but all tax-paying

homeowners of Redwood & Pleasantdale!
