About the Snohomish Wedding Tour
The Snohomish Wedding Guild is proud to announce the 2nd Annual Snohomish Wedding Tour
on Sunday, May 23, 2010.
With nearly twenty wedding and event venues in our community, Snohomish is quickly
becoming known as the “Wedding Capital of Washington.” Well known throughout the
Northwest for its picturesque surroundings and country charm, Snohomish is the perfect
location for a destination wedding. In addition, there are an abundant number of wedding and
event vendors located in the Snohomish area.
The 2010 tour is proud to showcase fifteen of these venues along with a majority of
the Snohomish Wedding Guild vendors. From 11am to 5pm venues will be open for viewing,
questions and wedding professionals offering their services. Each venue will be holding a
raffle with discounts from vendors at their venue. Feel free to visit each venue at your own
pace at no cost.

About the Snohomish Wedding Guild
In partnership with the City of Snohomish, a new group was formed to bring business to Snohomish
wedding and event venues. This group is called the Snohomish Wedding Guild (SWG). It is our hope
that by working cooperatively, we can successfully increase the number of weddings and events in
our community and, therefore increase local wedding business.

A Manor of Wine
Introduction Inspired by the joy of gathering and celebrating with family and friends, A Manor
of Wine is a premier wine bar and special event facility in Snohomish, WA!
A Manor of Wine hosts a variety of
in-house events as well as being available for the rental of private parties and
weddings.
Capacity
The Manor can accommodate 150 guests in the summer, using the garden, and 75 guests in the winter months.
Facility A Manor of Wine, previously known as A Victorian Manor, is a dream come true for its
owner / operator Tina Rubal. She and her family purchased the Victorian home in
March of 1997 and immediately proceeded with remodeling, intent on creating a vintage event space ideal for hosting weddings and
special occasions. With the help of friends, family and community members, Tina turned
her dream into a reality and within five months was in business and hosting her first wedding in July of 1997.
The home was originally built in 1890 and
has had numerous owners as well as facelifts throughout the years. In her original remodel Tina tried to maintain, and in some
cases restore the look and charm of the original Victorian time period creating a
unique venue for all kinds of special events. Over the years she has added amazing gardens complete with a gazebo,
sitting benches, gorgeous seasonal flowers, evergreen arches and lighted, twinkling
trees. Tina has once again given the house a new lease on life with an updated Tuscan décor to compliment the new wine bar and
event facility.
Wedding Amenities All rental prices include the use of tables and chairs, and the entire facility includes the use
of our sound system. Packages are available with wine tastings, appetizers, luncheons and
dinners. Outside catering is allowed from our
preferred caterer list.

The Antheia Ballroom is a remarkable building that
sits in the historic district of downtown Snohomish.
It has been stylishly updated with amenities that
bring back the original classic beauty of a 1920’s
ballroom. The beautiful ballroom was renovated and
decorated to create a most elegant and romantic
setting. All of your needs have been considered to
make your day everything you have envisioned.
The Antheia Ballroom is truly elegance at its best.
Capacity
We welcome any type of gathering, including small
intimate groups, and can accommodate up to 120
guests in the ballroom. Our many floor plan options
give you the flexibility to always have a dance floor
on our beautiful hardwood floors.
Facility
The Antheia Ballroom provides many additional
features to enhance your special day. The beautiful
ballroom’s open floor plan features 12” ceilings,
elegant chandelier lighting and warm décor from the
neutral paint colors to the floor to ceiling draperies.
A professional kitchen is available for self or
professional catering, as well as a built in bar area
for your beverage service. An additional 400 sq ft
building is a charming extra space available for
multiple uses, most frequently your buffet. We also
feature a beautifully covered garden terrace for
guests to enjoy any time of year, offering an
extension to our elegant and romantic setting.
Wedding Amenities The Antheia Ballroom offers
many amenities to enhance your day, including separate suites for the bride and groom. The spacious Bridal Suite will accommodate many guests
and includes vanities with extraordinary lighting, kitchen, bath, and beautiful full length mirrors. The
Groom’s Suite is specially designed with the groom in mind and creates a comfortable atmosphere to prepare for the ceremony. In addition, we include
the initial room set up, a nursery, banquet chairs, round tables, buffet tables, guest book table, gift
book table, cake table, 2 columns, 5 disc CD Player, PA System and a one hour rehearsal prior to your event. We also offer a wide range of rental items to
add beauty and ease to your day.

Introduction Arbor Gardens is an outdoor venue located just
minutes from historic downtown Snohomish. Located on 4 acres of lush green lawns guests will enjoy the scenic daytime beauty or an
evening under the stars.
Capacity Arbor Gardens can accommodate up to 300
guests and can park 100 cars on site, with additional parking if needed just minutes
away. Arbor Gardens is open May 1 through September 30th.
Facility Arbor Gardens has 1 full acre of lush green grass to use for your special event. This area includes a White Victorian Gazebo, and a
Rustic Wooden Arbor with towering cedars as a back drop. There is also a contemporary
metal gazebo and a White Victorian Arbor that travel around the property and can be
used for anything from a guest entry area, present spot or for the ceremony itself. There are
many scenic locations for photos the day of your event a weathered barn and
outbuildings, a gorgeous weeping willow tree and gardens areas. There is plenty of open lawn area where we can accommodate a
variety of themes or activities for adults or children, whatever your needs are.
Wedding Amenities There are no restrictions on catering. You may hire your own, or you may self cater. Tables
and chairs are available to seat up to 200 guests. There is a bridal room for the bridal party that
includes a full length mirror, dressing table, and a private bathroom. For the grooms party there is a private “Tent area” with clothes racks, table
and chairs.

Introduction When entering Craven Farm you experience a sense of peace and tranquility. Owners
Mark and Judy Craven take great pleasure in sharing their little bit of “heaven” with those
who choose their farm for their special wedding day!
Capacity Craven Farm barn has a capacity for 125
guests for an all indoor (winter-fall) wedding reception. For a summer indoor/outdoor wedding and reception capacity is 300+
guests. The farm has several outdoor ceremony locations, each with a wonderful
back drop of the lush green hillside and freshly plowed fields.

Swan’s Trail farm
Introduction Sitting peacefully along the banks of the
Snohomish River this lovely historic farm offers both scenic views of Mt Baker and
the northern Cascade Range as well as quiet pastoral scenes of the surrounding river valley. Our newly renovated barn
overlooks a large pond and wetland area fed by a beautiful waterfall and stream. The
rustic elegance of this site lends itself to a variety of celebrations with very little additional décor.
Capacity Swans Trail can easily accommodate 50 or 400 guests. The barn has room for tables and chairs to comfortably seat 250 guests.
Facility The rustic barn has weathered siding and
rock wall exterior. It is open on the eastside to expose views of the pond, waterfall,
farm and mountains. The interior is finished with clear cedar and recycled rusted tin. Strings of clear globe lights add romance to the
atmosphere. The barn opens onto a large patio and is bordered by the large waterfall, three
light covered pergolas, flower beds and a stairway that leads down to the lush lawn surrounding the pond.
There are numerous locations available for the wedding ceremony: around the pond, dock,
bridge, waterfall or wetlands. Swans Trail Farms also has any charming sites that are open for pictures the day of the wedding.
Wedding Amenities Tables and chairs available to seat up to 300
guests. Linens, required for all tables, are included in the price. Plenty of parking is available to all guests. (ADA compliant) Commercial kitchen and
in house chef.

Introduction
Tim Noah Thumbnail Theater is a unique wedding venue filled with fun and whimsy. Our building is a Historic Church constructed in 1903 and located on the S.E. corner of 4th St. and Ave. D. This is a venue for the bride and groom looking for an alternative style wedding. We specialize in live performance but are available on a limited basis for small weddings.
Capacity
We seat 85 adults comfortably in our auditorium. If the wedding party requires an onsite reception, our Gold Room can seat 50 for a catered meal.
Facility
The Gold Room with its floor to ceiling mirrors can alternatively be available for the brides dressing room. We have a large men's restroom and a ladies restroom. We do not have a kitchen and can suggest other nearby venues for receptions. Our Bose Sound System and Theater Lighting are available at an extra cost. We do not have the typical wedding decor so the wedding party will need to provide decorations as needed.

Introduction
Twin Willow Gardens is conveniently located east of Snohomish one half mile off HWY 2.
We are an outdoor summer venue for your weddings, receptions and special events. We are on six view acres with two level acres for
your celebration. This is the place for people that love the beauty of nature and flowers.
With it's rustic designed outbuildings and private peaceful surroundings, it has an intimate feeling whether you are having a
large or small event.
Capacity We can easily accommodate up to two hundred people, with unlimited parking. If you
need to use our handicap drop off, our parking attendants will park your car.
Facility Our venue has individual dressing rooms and a waiting area for family. We offer three
wedding ceremony sites. A secluded woodland site, beside a waterfall with pond and a raised
grass area over looking flowers and the valley. Guests are instantly drawn to our Yellow Dog Bar, equipped with two keg coolers and wine
bar. Large 40x25 dance area with twinkle lights. A putting green if you wish to use. We
have an outdoor kennel, if you wish to have your dog (best friend) in your wedding.
Amenities Our price includes 12 hour rental for day of event, plus 1 hour rehearsal. 200 white
wedding chairs (with padded seat). All the tables you need for your event are
included- 60” round, beverage & buffet, cake, gift etc. We include a 10x10 canopy for DJ, 10x20 for caterers, 12x24 for beverage &
buffet and a umbrella for the cake table. We include all the extra's for a memorable
event- Tike torches, candle lanterns, twinkle lights, patio heater.
